You should at least open Saturday's from 9 to 2 p.m. at this location (Quaker bfidge road in Mercerville, NJ) with time and half wages for hourly employees and its equivalent to salaried ones. Also, increase the number of employees at this location by one or two individuals. It will make a difference with customers and will not "break the bank" for annual earnings or profits. Great service returns great results.

I've never had to wait more than 1 to 2 minutes for my ATM usage. Same for drive-through. Inside, different story.

Would give a zero if possible. Avoid this branch. They lost my paperwork 3 separate times and didn't file my executor forms. I will never use this bank in my lifetime again.

WARNING: Don't use the ATM machine at this bank for a deposit. The machine "ate" my deposit of $290 and my bank card. I couldn't get a receipt for my deposit. When I went inside the branch, I was told the machine was "franchised" out and was not part of TD Bank. The service rep said there would be an "investigation" and I might not have access to my deposit for five business days. Indeed, they had no way of knowing what the machine was up to. For an international bank, this is a disgraceful situation. there should be a sign on the machine, at the very least, warning bank patrons. I might add that a number of years ago, this same branch lost another deposit of mine at the drive-in window. Caveat Emptor, people.
