Terrible experience with TD Bank, multiple times I have had fraud on my debit card , and no resolution. All they do is give me a new card and it keeps happening. There is no protection whats so ever and no body seems to have an answer. It claims to be the most convenient bak , yet this has been very inconvenient for me to have to wait for my new card and constantly have to dispute fraud on my card. Extremely unhappy and will be moving forward with a different bank in the future

This bank is unprofessional!!! KIM NOBLE she didn't help with anything. I went up there so they can unlock my account and she told me it will take 2-3 business days never got my account unlocked I went there today one of other clerks was trying to help me. She went over to Kim noble. And she was telling her to be quiet.
So I wouldn't hear what was going on. She never sent an email to the fraud team I was emailing her calling never got back to me worst bank ever she needs to be fired. !

I live in Massachusetts. Teller at this branch gave all my money from two bank accounts in my name to someone that wasn't me. TD Bank provided little help, and did not recover all my money for me. Legal action is in place and luckily I have the tellers name who committed the fraud. This branch is in Trenton NJ, it's no surprise scum of the absolute Earth work here. I hope this review makes them laugh, and that they still think it's funny when served legal papers.

If I could give a 0 rating, that would be my opinion. There is never a system and no staff available. The ATM doesn't work and the staff is always on lunch break. Don't come here because they won't serve you.

Absolutely the worst Customer service....should say "The Most Inconvenient Bank"...!!!!! The one teller works like a dog, while the manager and other employees do Absolutely Nothing to help...!!!

We came to this branch a few minutes before official opening on Saturday morning. It was already open. We needed help with our account and wire transfer and we didn't have appointment. They told us to take a seat in the lobby. There already was one person waiting there. It didn't take long at all for us to get help. Just about half hour later we were done. Everybody was polite and professional. Thank you all staff members.

TL;DR: don’t waste your time trying to get legal documents notarized here. You will wait and they will refuse.
Go to any other TD Bank branch nearby: I would recommend avoiding this one all together. I was trying to contact just the bank manager to express my concerns, but it appears TD doesn’t publish this information online (high turnover?) and they admittedly do not answer their phone. It just rings off the hook.
I made an appointment for a notary on their website mid-week for the following Monday. I wanted to ensure the paperwork I was bringing in was something they would notarize, so I clearly stated the documents in the comment description of the appointment. I arrive early for my appointment to wait in a queue for a person at a desk. When another employee arrives to take whoever is next I advise I have an appointment (5min prior) with Amanda. Amanda apparently called out sick, but this person would help me next as they can also notarize. 15min later, I’m told they do not notarize “legal documents.”
1. This is no where on their website.
2. I called to ask prior to making the appointment and no one answered: “we don’t answer the phones when we have customers in the bank.”
3. I clearly stated in the comments of my appointment what I needed done and expected Amanda to reach out to me if there was a problem. Why waste either of our time?
This was a complete waste of time for everyone, including the 3 other people waiting for banking assistance. I will also note the queue for the two employees at the counter never was shorter than to the back of the lobby. Just unpleasant all around. Do better TD.

This branch at TD Bank was a terrible experience. The lady branch manager was mean and the other lady sitting down when you come in on your right at computer was mean to. All I needed was a simple letter explaining that Im a TD Bank customer and need some relating information about my account. Go to the other TD Bank Branch at Quakerbridge Road they are the nicest there. I recommend them.

Been using the bank for years and I have never been happy with the services they provide or their customer service. Do not use this bank!
