I don't know about financing but as a bank, they completely suck and are full of the most incompetent people I have ever met. That's corporate and the Golden Crest local branch. Yelled at them again just today for charging me overdraft fees on an account I closed 3 months ago. She told me it was never closed. They lost a $350k wire transfer to my attorney for 10 days. Turned out it was sitting on someone's desk while he was on vacation. Kept telling me that it takes time to do a wire transfer. Corporate closed my business account without telling me after I called asking for more online security due to me wanting mfa on my account. I bounced my mortgage, taxes, bills etc. Made me come in to open new account with one hour's notice as my account was closing that day. They called corporate who had me retroactively closing my account. I was confused when they were saying that my account would close in 30 days when it was already closed. Person on the phone had to admit that it should have never been closed and yes, the agreement that I needed to agree to was being made that day but retroactively. Teller said that he would have actually made a bigger scene than I actually did when he realized that I was correct in saying that I had never closed or agreed to close my account and didn't know why they kept insisting that I did. I can't even tell you how many times they have turned off my debit card without notice due to some corporation's breach. Supposedly they sent a letter with a new card. Still waiting on all these new cards to arrive. I have been trying to close 7 accounts and have 3 remaining. I don't understand why it is so hard. I need corporate to agree to close one of my accounts. Why? Everytime, I do something, it becomes a huge issue of stupidity and lack of follow thru on their part. Good luck if you decide to bank with them

There must be new management here at this TD because wow. What an experience. I've been with TD since 2010. The last few years I have noticed a drop off in customer service at the store level. I noticed understaffing, and in some cases, not the best training. I have recently starting coming to this branch because it's the closest one to the business I manage. So far I have been in and out, barely a wait. If a teller steps to the side to help a customer, another teller steps up in their place to help the next customer. They are very polite, well dressed, and knowledgeable. Always a warm welcome when I step in. Shout out to the staff here at this branch. You guys are doing an amazing job. And I also have to mention Management, because it starts from the top. Your staff is a reflection of your leadership and management effectiveness. And right now you guys are crushing it. Salute to you Branch Manager.

Horrible service

I went to withdrawal money and honestly the woman that worked with me was very accommodating and kind however she brought a manager over and inquired as to where the money that I was withdrawing came from. It was incredibly embarrassing but I disregarded. Again, she was very kind and indicated that “fraud happens very often and she apologizes” but it was the fact that I have been a customer/client for over ten years and was being treated as if I was doing something wrong with taking my money. I will not be back at this location unfortunately.

This is the worst td bank I’ve ever been to. If you wanna go to a “ convenient“ Bank go to the one in Mercerville. The one in Robbinsville is the most inconsistent and troublesome bank I’ve ever been to. They asked for my ID which is coming in the mail because of Covid. I’m trying to reset my pin because my car keeps getting declined and she says that it’s working perfectly fine. But I can’t do it without my ID. My question is how did I get this new debit card at another TD bank without my ID. Every time I go to the TD Bank I wait over 20 minutes and he usually ends with we can’t do anything to help you. I wish I can give them one star for as many problems as I’ve had with this specific bank. I urge everyone Do not come here.FOLLOW UPThere’s a Lady with an BRITISH ACCENT that works there and I was having OVERDRAFT ISSUES. Fun fact TD BANK PAID over 100 MILLION DOLLARS in FAULTY OVERDRAFT FEES. A couple months ago to their customers. This lady didn’t even say bye she just left and I was “taken care of”. When I got charged multiple overdraft fees and she could only take care of one. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Out of the 6 I was charged the GERAD over the phone was able to get me back 4 of those payments, 4/6. “ The most convenient bank“ isn't very convenient. GO TO BANK OF AMERICA.

I became a TD Bank, Robbinsville customer when the branch opened in (1997?). I was extremely happy with the convenience and ease of banking with them. The TD staff at Robbinsville was knowledgeable, professional, efficient and consistently attentive and greeted all their customers warmly. Over the many years as a customer they became like family members to me. Brenda Havens and Trish have always and still remain the most outstanding TD employees in my opinion. They always go the extra mile to help straighten out a problem efficiently and satisfactorily. And then things changed. It began gradually, the familiar faces started disappearing one by one and then seemingly suddenly everyone was gone from Robbinsville. From that point on the Robbinsville branch went downhill at a rapid rate. There is no diversity in the employees anymore, and the employees that do work there definitely do not exhibit a culture of “we’re your neighborhood bank”.I seriously considered moving my accounts to a different bank, but I learned that Brenda had transferred to the Quakerbridge branch. While the Quakerbridge branch is not as geographically convenient, it’s more than worth the small inconvenience to be able to do business with TD employees who make you feel welcomed and your business appreciated. The Robbinsville branch became sterile and cold.In addition, the Robbinsville branch has not run as efficiently with the all-new staff. The ATM is FREQUENTLY out of service and the number of “Lobby Closed” signs and locked doors during COVID-19 were very excessive in number.

I always have a positive experience at this location. If you lose your debit card they print you one immediately unlike other banks where you have to wait for it to come in the mail.
