I had high hopes for The Learning Experience of Hamilton Township after receiving a tour, completing an interview , and being informed about dress code expectations and job details. However, my experience turned out to be very disappointing. Despite following up twice over the phone, I received no clear communication or updates. I was told each time that someone would get back to me, but no one did.
Out of concern for the process and with the intention of enrolling my own children, I went in person. Before I could even enter the building, I overheard concerning and unprofessional remarks from the business owner. When I spoke with the center director, I was met with false claims that I had been contacted—something that never happened. Rather than owning the situation or offering a respectful explanation, I was met with deflection and dishonesty.
It’s unfortunate that the experience lacked the professionalism one would expect from a center responsible for the care and development of young children. If this is how potential staff are treated, I would be deeply concerned about transparency and accountability when it comes to the care of the children.

Not equipped to deal with autistic children. Makes process of obtaining ISP assistance harder than it needs to be. School also failed to report a head injury that occurred during school hours. Receiving incidents reports when my son does something but when something happens to him no report can be found. If possible please find another day care location.

I wouldn’t trust this place with my houseplant let alone my child. Very high turn over rate with staff, they lie on incident reports, it’s dirty, they don’t have much for the kids to play with in certain rooms, the list goes on and on…steer clear

It’s upsetting to have to post this review but my children attended this daycare for quite sometime and we had small issues here and there but this year hasn’t been the same. Feels like they just hire anyone some of the new hires are rude, and not loving towards the children. The classrooms are extremely overcrowded, the cleanliness is definitely not up to part and the children aren’t attended to as they should.

If I could give 0 stars I would.
The owner is money hungry and clearly shows favoritism to certain families. They advertise the “land of make believe” play area on their tours of the facility, but the children never play in that area because it is used as storage. Every other week they ask for money using some type of fundraiser as if tuition is not enough.
After my child was bit twice by the same child, who is a known biter I contacted their office of licensing. After they promised to keep my child separate from the child who bit him, they put my child into the class room with child again and when I asked why they tried to expel my child out of retaliation because they said I don’t trust them, but how can I trust a facility that is intentionally putting my child in harms way. All I asked of them was for them to not put my child in the same class room as that child and within 2 weeks they did so and tried to just get me to go along with it. I’ve reached out to their corporate email and I haven’t received a response from them at all.
If you bring your child here please ensure they are old enough to tell you what is happening to them because the children under 3 the administration just allows anything to happen.

My daughter started in February 2021 she was 9 months old. It was a great experience not only for her but for me . She got to be around ppl who cared for her like their own . It was a big adjustment for me because she’s my first and I was nervous about leaving her . The teachers there made sure that she was in good hands 😊. I saw pictures throughout her day . I’m also a teacher at TLE so I was able to stop by her class and check on her . She’s 4 now and I’m glad I chose to bring her there . The management team are the best 😊 so if you’re looking to enroll your little ones TLE is the place to go . ❤️

This daycare only wants money, they don't feed the children well, they give them microwave-heated food.

I couldn't be happier with my daughter attending TLE Hamilton. We had her in another TLE and the comparison is night and day. I receive prompt responses to any questions or concerns I express, my daughter loves her teachers and she is always engaged in activities. I can't wait to see how much she will learn in the upcoming years here :)

All staff are very friendly and kind, super accomodating, and the communication is quick and on point. TLE Hamilton provides you with everything that you're looking for in a child care center to make you feel comfortable while away, knowing your kids are safe, and being loved.

The learning experience staff is nothing short of spectacular. They treat my kids as if they are their own and that’s all a parent wants when they leave them in someone else’s care.We don’t feel like a number we feel like a family and that’s all any parent could ask for.

TLE at Hamilton is a Great Center! Both my kids go there for Pre-School and I see them all the time talking about the activities at the school. Esp the new Management and Staff is wonderful and Very Caring, They always receive us with smile. My kid has now learned to read and write his alphabets. It has been a great journey so far. My kids are having quality life there and I don't have to worry about them while I am at work.We are looking forward to have our kid to continue in Hamilton TLE this year.I strongly recommend Parents from Hamilton, Trenton and Robbinsville area to this Center.
