I stopped in at Trent Jewelers to replace the broken clasp on a necklace. Before discussing options and pricing something out, they offered to see if they could fix it. Turns out a good cleaning did the trick, and they kindly didn’t charge me. They also cleaned my rings while I was there. It was lovely of them.

My mom and I had such a wonderful experience here getting pieces repaired and sold. Wendy and the Pontani family made us feel very comfortable, they were patient and generous with their time and fixed a lot of pieces on the spot. We’ll definitely be back!
