I wish I could say this was the first time I've had to engage Trenton CARSTAR for auto body repair; but accidents do happen.
My past and most recent engagements with CARSTAR have all been first rate. Staff is courteous, helpful, and the Repairs are quality.

Excellent job! Will definitely use Carstar again if needed and will recommend. Dropped car off at 9am Wednesday and picked car up at noon on Monday was not supposed to be ready until Friday. Fast and efficient service oh and my car looks amazing “show room” to be exact. Thank you to all the staff at Carstar!

Trenton Carstar did an excellent job fixing my damaged bumper. And they did a lovely paint job. My car looked as good as new when I went to pick it up. They also kept updating me on the progress of the job. I am pleased and will highly recommend Trenton Carstar.

Allstate sent me to Ciocca Subaru in Ewing in June. The guy there told me they had to order the parts and it may take several days. One month later, nothing. I called and the guy told me still waiting for the parts. Now it's August, and I can't get anybody on the phone. Calls, texts, emails, nothing. Now it's September and I called Allstate and told I've had it with Ciocca and told them to send me to Carstar because, unfortunately, 5 years ago, I was also rear ended and that's where they sent me. I remember they did a good job.
I dropped my car on a Wednesday and they told me it will be about a week. I asked, what about ordering the parts? They said oh it will be here in a couple of days and once it's here it shouldn't be too long. WTH? So that Eric guy from Ciocca Subaru was bullshitting with me all that time?
It did not even take them a week to fix my car. I got a call on Monday and said my car was ready. And they did a fantastic job and my car was clean, nice and shiny. Thank you.
Don't waste your time with Ciocca in Olden Avenue in Ewing. Go straight to Carstar. #1, their lot looked like a junkyard. I should have seen the sign. Carstar's lot was spic and span and all the cars were neatly parked.

Very friendly and efficient. I got an estimate and was able to schedule the appointment within 4 days. Was told work would take 3 days. Dropped car off 8:00 am and received a call at 4:15 same day stating car was done. Quality work and have referred family and friends over the years that have all been satisfied.

They just did work on my car and previously did work on my mother's. They were extremely informative on the process of what needed to be done and actually had it done sooner than expected. 10/10 would recommend to others.

The team at Carstar Trenton is amazing. They fixed our car like new and was able to expedite the process so the car can be ready 2 days before the estimated repair date which was very timely. The staff was very helpful and super professional.
