Absolutely horrible! I went in after one and got my pedicure half done. Didn’t polish it until two minutes of me walking out the door like 4:45. She didn’t offer to let them dry. Everything is done so haphazardly. Techniques are so outdated with no consideration for protecting one’s nails. Even my partner could see the poor quality of work.

Worst nail place I ever been to!!!! I went in for a gel polish change I usually spend 20 at most $25 and the 2 ladies took my credit card and I kept asking how much how much and she charged my credit card $40!!!!! Without my permission !!! Charged me $40 for a gel polish change just the polish change !!!!! I told them that's ridiculous and they wanted to give me a $5 coupon for next time to use on top of them way over charging me they made me wait over an hour !!!! Over an hour!!! . Oh hell no I am NEVER GOING BACK AND DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Ps I would put 0 stars but does not allow me to! Beyond mad!!

Worst nail place I ever been to!!!! I went in for a gel polish change I usually spend 20 at most $25 and the 2 ladies took my credit card and I kept asking how much how much and she charged my credit card $40!!!!! Extremely DIRTY! I watched one of the workers do a pedicure and then had the audacity to try and do my nails with the same gloves. Also, that same lady was cleaning the floor with a water bottle and broken mop… She stepped on the mop and was moving the broken mom back-and-forth. They don’t clean their tools , so at this point, I feel like I may have a disease. …. Do not go to this place. It is absolutely disgusting. There’s so much more that I can say, but don’t have enough time. And to top things off my nails look horrendous.! I went in for a soak off of my acrylic nails, and they soaked off one hand, but then took a fake nails to take off the other nails. Completely unprofessional, and this place should not be in business. If I could give it negative stars, I would.

A friend and I went to tulips on 03/21/2023. There was no one in the salon and we wanted to be in and out. I needed a refill with two nails replaced and my friend wanted a full set. I showed the nail tech what I wanted and asked if she could do it, she said yes she could. As she was doing my nails the nail tech was making phone calls, leaving the station, and going to other nail tech. Then we had to switch nail techs...TWICE! When I went back to original nail tech she shaved the acrylic off the nail, reshaped them in a weird way, and made me bleed! Just when it can't get worse she doesn't paint my nails correctly AT ALL! My 7 year old could do a better paint job! My nails are glued to my fingers! I went back to get my money back because I was BEYOND upset! She gave me back $20. DO NOT GO HERE! TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE! THEY DESERVE NEGATIVE TEN STARS!

I hate to write a bad review, but I could not stay quiet on this. Went in randomly to kill time before my trim next door at "Supercuts" which is another story and unfortunately, bad review. One person getting a pedicure in this dirty, dingy old salon. Bruskly told to sit down - I picked a color and sat. Went through the filing and cuticle cutting etc. put a base coat on and told me to sit at nail dryer. She sits next to me and starts with the color. A pretty pale blue. One coat and drying. Second coat and drying. Third coat and drying. She gets up and comes back with nail polish remover and starts taking the color off each nail. I was so baffled and said nothing. She chose a gel nail color darker - much - than what I chose and painted my nails with it. One coat. Then a couple coats of clear. So not what I wanted. Asked how much. She said $18. She opens my handbag to get my card and young girl runs it as I am saying "I have cash". Brings card back with a slip of paper and then she is in my bag again getting my cash. Asked how much tip. I said 4. But only 2 ones so I say take the 5. And then she is taking a $20 bill to pay for manicure and tells me the card machine did not work and gave me $2 change. I tell her I have hair appt next door and I'm late. She grabs my coat and handbag and walks me into Supercuts and hangs my coat and handbag and leaves. OMG. What a nutty nutty experience!
