The office staff was nice was when making the appointment but the movers were horrible! They scratched the floors and when they were unloading the furniture they were just dropping them to the ground rather than easing it down from the truck.

I've used big commercial moving companies for past moves but Two Men and a Truck surpassed them all. The office team was very friendly, helpful and flexible. The moving team was excellent! They were on time, worked as a team, extremely polite and very careful with handling my items. Extremely professional and would use this company again. Special thanks to the moving team: Thomas, Xavier, Naquan, Jamal and Dylan. Keep up the good work!

I've never had professional movers before and I honestly wish I had. The folks (I feel bad because I'm terrible with names) were very kind and careful with our belongings and they made sure to help get everything where it needed to be at the new place. They even helped take a door off its hinges so we could move our washer and dryer into the basement and then put it back on afterwards.
If you need professional movers, I would absolutely recommend these guys.

This was a terrible experience and I urge you to reconsider using Two Men and a Truck, Hamilton. In summary, our move that needed to happen on a certain day was left half-done, and it was necessary for us to hire other movers. The details of this disaster are too numerous to recount. In the end, our 11 am move time (already rescheduled from 8am) happened at 4:30. The explanation from the movers was that the company scheduled another job during our time, and that ran significantly over - the movers said, "They do this to us all the time". The guys then told us that they couldn't move all of our belongings since the truck had to be back at the office by 7:30 and they had apparently not been told by the company that we had additional items to move - even though we spoke to multiple people at the office and the dispatcher to confirm that there was time to move our extra items. The movers were great guys and did a fine job with what they moved - we had no issues with them personally. Our real issue was with the company and its poor management.

Laquan, Ray, Thomas, Jamal, and Hill did an awesome job on what was truly a very large and difficult move. They gave it their all every step of the way and took the enormity of the task in stride. They moved the contents of two storage units packed with hundreds of boxes of books, paintings and furniture, all in one (very long) day, which I didn’t think was possible, but they did it. Thanks so much for making a very stressful transition so much easier!!
