My parents came to this location yesterday with my niece because she wanted skincare products. The sales staff pushed them to sign up for an Ulta card just for a small discount, but asked for way too much personal information. This made the experience very unpleasant for my parents, especially considering their age. Please stop pressuring customers like this — it creates stress instead of trust. Thanks.

Shout out to zaniyah and the other kind woman whose name I cannot recall but every one was so attentive , kind , and understanding. Zaniyah helped me for over 30 minutes working on the perfect lip combo and the first kind woman helped me find the Mac gloss I was looking for. Both made sure I left happy and smiling 😊 Loved every minute as I’m new to coming here !🫶🏽👄

I am writing to express my utmost gratitude for the exceptional customer service I received at your Ulta location in Mayslanding earlier today.
I visited your store with the intention of purchasing a foundation from the Mac counter for my upcoming wedding. Upon arrival, I was promptly approached by Zendeya, who offered her assistance. Zendeya not only guided me in the right direction in terms of selecting cosmetic items that would complement my skin tone, but she also took the time to color match me. Her attention to detail and expertise were truly impressive.
What struck me the most about Zendeya was her willingness to go above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase. Planning a wedding can be a stressful experience, but Zendeya's friendly demeanor and positive attitude made my shopping experience a pleasant one.
I believe that exceptional customer service should be acknowledged and rewarded, and I wanted to take the time to commend Zendeya for her professionalism and dedication to her role at Ulta. She is a true asset to your team and her efforts did not go unnoticed.

We were ready to get alot more then we actually did because we dont make it out here as much as we want to. But once I seen we were the only ones not greeted and not told about the deal they had going on made me feel some type of way. On top of that a lady starts walking around ""fixing things"" I get it youu have to watch ""people."" But she was so focused on us and made me not even want to buy anything...... A lady had 1 item in her hand approached her and asked if she needed help and offered her a bag if needed when clearly we have all these little products in our hand. But it's ok because at the end of the day you were Watching the wrong small group, willing to buy and spend more if treated the same as everybody else was. And we needed help but i didnt even want to ask and just wanted to get out of there already. Never judge a book by its cover. The ones that won't cause a problem and the ones that would be the nicest about a situation.....
Have a good day to the lady that was on the floor this day ?? .......

OK, so they talk in to getting a credit card with a $2000 limit not bad a lot of perks and then you go to pay your bill and Ulta doesn’t accept it. You have to sign into a different website and that website doesn’t work properly so you could literally be trying to pay your bill for four hours. Yes it’s happened to me. Never again so go ahead their products are great. Just don’t get their credit card. What a nightmare and if you call them and pay, they charge you nine dollars to pay your bill if they don’t hang up on you first, don’t get the credit card.

That's going to be my last visit to this store!!! I had the misfortune to interact with a sales associate who demonstrated a rude attitude and unprecedented lack of professionalism. But a little history first. I asked a young lady wearing a black suit a question, and she said she didn't work there. Instead, she pointed to the sales associates nearby-a cranky woman in her mid 60's I'd presume (actually the angry look on her face made her appear even older) wearing white pants and a messy shirt. There was no way to tell she worked there. No name tag, no manners, and when I made a remark she was missing a name tag, and there's no way you could tell she's an employee she went furious and threatened to remove me from the store. What for?! For telling her she was unprofessional?! Wearing a little plastic, called a "name tag," could save people from embarrassment and avoid customers being mistaken for employees!
Fortunately, the GM, called Ana, deescalated the situation, but the harm was done. My wife has an account with ULTA, and I'd strongly advise her to go to Macy's for makeup and fragrances where everyone is friendly, obeying the dress code, and has name tags.

I'm giving 2 stars and that's only for the poor girl who only started our blow drys. She was new at the time and she was trying booked for 2 ppl at the same time. Very soon after, she started a more experienced hair dresser jumped in to "help out". Before I knew it, my hair was being thinned out with a razor which I had said from the beginning that I didn't want (I have longer hair which is a definite NO exp to shearing a rope). I was extremely unhappy, it's taken 10 months and I just found the receipt. I would never recommend hair services at Ulta at this location.

It seems they are always out of stock or carry very minimal hair care shampoos and conditioners... everytime I go there to grab Biolage poo and cond... they never have them in pairs. So I just stopped going there.

Rayn went above and beyond to help me find the correct products that I needed and she was honest and very helpful. Will definitely be back next time I am in need of beauty products.
