Wow, what a crew. Had a fishing rod that was broken and under warranty. About four feet long. They didn’t have a long enough shipping tube, but the guy said only $8.50 to pack it up. So far, so good. How much to ship it? Because of the dimensions, $820.00. Really? Made my own packaging and the post office in Crosswicks charged me $28.00.

We had a disagreement about some packages, talked to a woman behind the counter. She was very rude and that was the end of the conversation we sent the owner a message. I go back into the store weeks later, which is 12/ 28/24 The same woman came right at me and pointed me out like I was some sort of criminal. We have been banned because of one odd conversation with the girl behind the counter Never heard of such a thing that you’re banned from the store. Why isn’t there a zero instead of five star?

This store is the worst UPS store that’s ever been opened . Untrained staff , the worst customer service . I came in to return a package and I paid extra for an expedited return label . Needless to say the package of course gets lost/stolen . Was never told to purchase insurance as I was told they’re not instructed to tell you to buy it on a valuable item. The store owner herself is also of no help very arrogant and rude and has NO idea what she’s talking about . I will NEVER step foot in this establishment again .

Best ups store in the area. Used to use Bordentown until 3 packages of mine went missing back to back to back no updates shown nothing. Very nice workers here and high spirits!

Went to do Amazon returns. The guy behind the counter was obnoxious and rude, had a condescending attitude without even taking the time to listen. Wouldn't take amazon returns because they weren't boxed, amazon specifically says not to box returns for ups store drop-off. Unless something has changed in a week from the last time, it should have been fine. I can see why this location employeeing ignorance like that gets a rating of under 3*s. What a waste of time. Buddy needs to go work at a warehouse where no one needs to rely on them for anything. Definitely will not be using ups anymore unless I have to from another company. I'll be shipping elsewhere. A few extra dollars is worth actually being treated as a customer, and not talked to by some narcissistic kid who has a single mother who doesn't know how to raise them correctly.

I visited the store completely unorganized with a two year old hyped up on munchins. The staff, especially the gentleman with the beard was exceptionally helpful, courteous, and professional.
I appreciate the fantastic service and I am grateful when I meet people who care about their business. They should be recognized for dedication to your brand.

STAY AWAY, they will lose your overnight package with very sensitive documents, then make excuses, not worry about finding your package, hang up the phone on you and BLOCK your phone number, because you expected them to do their job and look for it, and then when you go in the store their resident tough guy will pick fights with you while you wait for an answer, telling me to "shup up" several times, man oh man, they are a dumpster fire bunch (minus Bobby). I've lost Amazon packages and my time explaining it to Amazon customer service, but yet still thought they could handle a next day package, (yes silly me, I know) and they botched it AGAIN and then this time they let their personalities out and the rest is forgettable. SPECIAL SHOUT AND THANK YOU to Bobby, the only adult there who recognized the issue, and offered to help me and found the package just sitting there in the back.... Grabbed it, went to the Staples across the street who offers UPS services and they got the job done!
