The one guy that works here is especially rude and has been every single time Ive walked in. He never says one word of greeting or asks what anyone needs and then delivers one or 2 word answers as you try to ship items. He offers no assistance, no resolution. I will never be back.

Customer Service has completely gone out the window. I used to work at a UPS store similar to this store and I’m shocked at how rude some of the staff is. I personally know we are trained better than this. I walk in the store, I’m not acknowledged or greeted by the guy at the front. I said Hello with a smile and a friendly demeanor. No reply back. He was sticking labels onto something and I even commented “oh how nice and cold it is in here” with a smile on my face cuz it was 102 outside. Not that I was expecting the guy to put on a show or sit around and entertain me, but he still completely didn’t address me or greet me and continued putting stickers on stuff. Then he finally turned to me and mumbled “how can I help you” and made no eye contact with me. I still remained friendly and said “I’m just here to drop stuff off” and it was already labeled and ready to go. He just sat there and swiped it and then at the end he just said “want a receipt?” And then just shoved it towards me with no thank you, have a nice day, bye.. nothing. So at this point I’m just annoyed cuz I know how we are supposed to treat customers and I decided to say “thank you so much!!! You have a good night, BYE” and of course no response and I left there shaking my head, because why bother hiring people who clearly don’t like people and don’t like to even have basic manners and can’t greet customers or say anything. It’s just weird and rude. Work in the warehouse then if you don’t want to deal with people.

Says the store opens at 8 am it is currently 8:30 and the store is closed drove 20 minutes to get here. Door says 8 am open and online... bad business.

Worst UPS Store on the planet. Staff is rude and lazy. They're basically an Amazon return center. I shipped a hard drive there that cost $90. It never shipped. It spent a week sitting there. They never contacted me to let me it was still there. I spent two hours on the phone with half a dozen UPS reps to figure out it was still there. When I went there, it was sitting next to register. It has been there for a week! It took me a month to get a partial refund. They did not give me all my money back!!! I just tried to ship something on the Saturday before Memorial Day Weekend. They refused to take it because it was a holiday. I'm done with this place. ZERO stars!!!! Avoid this place!!!!

Don't go by any Map for store hours.The store on Dunns Mills Road (Bordentown, NJ), closes at 2:00 PM on Saturday's due to lack of employees. I believe the sign says 2:30 but, the door is usually locked by then.Other than that, this store is rather speedy. Very little wait times.

I had to ship two packages, they were prepaid and packaged. I was in and put in approximately 2 minutes. No problems here.

Their signs all say they are opened at 8am. It's now 823am and they are still locked up. They need better management who will open the store the correct time.

FABULOUS service! Needed to return something to Amazon. I called the store to make sure I could use them and the gentleman on the phone was very nice and extremely helpful. He assured me it was no problem and even answered a few questions about the shipping container and the labels. I ran over after work (maybe 5:15pm). Very organized. The UPS driver was there and loaded my box on the truck while I stood there. Couldn't have asked for better service.

Sign says opens at 8 am, however, twice this month, I've gone there after 8 and no one was there. Tried calling several times in the past as well, and no one answers the phone. After about 6 rings, you get their voice mail BUT it's full! Absolute worst business I've ever dealt with. UPS should be ashamed of this store!

Must have caught the young man working here (close cropped beard, black stud earrings, tattoo on left arm) on a bad day. Greeted me deadpan without ever making eye contact. Surly. Went through motions and did his job but definitely unfriendly.

Absolute worst! Sign says “We Print”, yet no one knows how that option works. The lady at the counter, proceeded to help someone else even though she didn’t finish helping me. The guy, his customer service is by far the worst. Strange how this store is even still in business.
