Came in to ask a question about my bill. Ishan took care of all the questions I had for him. He was patient and caring about my concerns and helped me greatly. If I have to come back I know it will get resolved.

This store is HORRIBLE!
It's actually a Wireless Zone not a corporate Verizon store but no one tells you that.
I bought a new phone last week and took advantage of the samsung trade in for the new s25 ultra and galaxy watch. Apparently the system glitched and didn't take my phone trade in and messed up my new phone. Because this location is a Wireless Zone and not a corporate Verizon store, Verizon customer service wasn't really able to help me. I had to go back to this store 4 times and they still couldnt get it right.
On the 3rd time they had to return my phone and "repurchase" it. Then I was told i had to wait for a manager to submit a form for my trade in. Long behold I go back to the store for a 4th time to see the manager about this form (when they told me he was scheduled to be in) and he wasnt there.
So 4 trips to this store and no one could help me. They suck with figuring stuff out. I'll never go back there to buy a phone. Save yourself the trouble and do it online yourself!

Isaiah was very a very nice person to work with. He explained things as we walked thru the process of upgrading phones and offering to help me wipe my trade-in before I sent it in. He took his job seriously. I listened to a other salesman in the facility who wasn’t so nice to a woman my age in there with phrases like “I don’t mean to be rude, but I don’t really care what case you pick,” in response to her joking about how cute her case was. It was just so condescending to witness. Kindness like Isaiah’s was appreciated.
