By far one of the most recognized names in our area and bodybuilding, Pat the owner is a great guy who i have literally watched him give families free stuff at events and invite everyone out too them! Pat supported the gym i work at and has continually been supportive through the years! Very thankful for the network and friendship he has brought!

“Overall great experience at mistral. The menu is short but proposes dishes accosting the season. The gnocchis with a ramp sauce were delicious. The service was very professional and quick. We were in the outdoor (ish) patio. Nice room with high ceiling and a fireplace along the wall. Highly recommend”

“Knowledgable staff who usually check to see how/if they can save you money. Only complaint is they don't seem to stock much of each supplement so while you can set up autoship if you need it today and they are sold out you are out of luck.”
