The Curbside pickup service takes over 40 minutes to dispatch orders. This service is utterly useless. The terrible customer service is appalling and unacceptable.

Super clean, friendly staff, fully stocked with anything you may need if you don't wanna go far. They are local. And you are in and out quickly. So that's A+ for me.

The pharmacy was just closed at random for the weekend. Like every 1 else said the pharmacy is so bad its unreal. I started doing Mail order that is how bad the pharmacy is. I can mail order it and have it at my door faster than going to pick it up at walgreens.

I went the wallgreen route 33 hamilton nj on Friday night 7/26/24 around 10:20p with my kids and the Karen lady i guess was the manager on duty and she did not like kids and she was keeping harassing my kids and making them very uncomfortable and she was very rude ,disrespectful and the worst person ever I met.
She was so miserable and and very bad look for Walgreens . I will never visit that wallgreens again, because her nasty behavior.

I’ll start by saying my family has been patients at this pharmacy for about 4 years now when Andre was manager and care was phenomenal. Now that Charles is the manager the quality of care and even the simple task of filling prescriptions has plummeted. We’ve had multiple issues with him and this is now the last straw as we transfer 15+ prescriptions to another pharmacy. My first issue with him occurred several months ago when my 2 year old son needed eye drops, when I called to see if it was ready for pickup he explained he didn’t have it in stock. The medication was interchangeable so I asked for it to be substituted, he said I needed to contact the doctor to send another prescription. I contacted my doctor and they said my pharmacy would need to call so instead of playing phone tag I decided to call a nearby Walgreens to fill the medication for us. When I got there, they told me the original medication was not in stock and they went ahead and substituted the medication - aka fulfilling my original request to Charles.
The second and most recent issue that occurred on Tuesday 5/16/2024 at 5:37pm was when I called to request a vacation override for my father’s medication. My father is 75 years old with a history of 3 heart attacks and a stroke. Charles told me the mediation was too soon to refill and my father would need to call his insurance to obtain the override. I explained to Charles that we’ve never had to do that in the past because it’s a simple task the pharmacist has always handled. He began to get very aggressive with me over the phone and said he would not be able to fill the medication otherwise. I explained to Charles that I was a pharmacist by background as well and am very aware of the processes. These requests I have for him such as substituting a medication or overriding a vacation supply are very simple tasks. I hate offering my background but sometimes it’s required when someone is trying to take advantage of you which is exactly what Charles was doing. I have two kids and a full time job, my father is elderly and English is his second language yet he kept pushing us to contact the insurance because he simply doesn’t want to do his job and doesn’t care whether or not my father gets his medication. This is a task that would take us double the amount of time to complete. I explained that I called him a week in advance out of courtesy so as to not stress the pharmacy out with filling several medications urgently but my ask was that he do what he can to do the right thing and take care of my family and his patients. He told me if I do such things in my pharmacy, he doesn’t do that in his and then he hung up on me.
In short, Charles doesn’t have the clinical acumen to substitute medications when needed and won’t take the time to obtain a simple code for a vacation supply of life saving medications. These requests are not going above and beyond they are simply part of his job description. I left the time stamp on here because I called corporate to inform them of these instances but unfortunately not only has there been no resolution but there hasn’t even been a call back although their policy is to call the customer back within 48 hours. They also have an automated machine that informs customers they are being recorded for quality assurance. I would urge them to listen to Charles’s calls more frequently. I’ve considered having our medication filled at the Walgreens up the block but after calling corporate and not even receiving a courtesy call back I’m not sure that I can trust how the district manager Jeff Arpino manages his stores and employees so instead I will be filing a complaint with the New Jersey state board of pharmacy regarding this pharmacist and pharmacy for negligence and misconduct, I’ll be speaking to our lawyer in reference to this and will be taking our prescriptions far FAR away from this man and pharmacy. At this point, I cannot trust my family’s care in this mans hands and hope this review helps others find the best care for their families as well.

Decent store. Staff are super nice and helpful. DO NOT process your disposable camera photos here though. The first time I did it went well, but the second time I never got my photos. I turned my camera in the first week of January. I went to the store multiple times and called twice after, but they don’t have it. It’s almost March. It was supposed to take 2 weeks to process. Since its a send out order this might not be the fault of Walgreens, but nonetheless I’m still mad.

This is the most worst Walgreens I ever been too. The staff in the front end is horrible no respect very arrogant and is unprofessional I been coming here for years and for the past couple of years it been horrible. I’m sick of their attitudes every time I ask for help or just have a question about a product. I’m for sure not going to this Walgreens again. For those who want a good pharmacy the CVS across the street is way better and way more friendlier and cleaner.

The help is so sub par compared to just 6 months ago. It's been going downhill but, terrible now. And don't get me started on their pharmacy!

They lost my photo order. Ok, things happen, but they acted like it was no big deal and never even apologized. They just kept saying "resend it, resend it" but it took me over an hour to create the photo book so I'd have to start over from scratch. I've never used this Walgreens for photos before and I'll definitely never use them again for anything. Horrible customer service.

Staff is very helpful and kind enough to answer all my doubts and didn't get impatient when I had to repeatedly call them to check if the prescription had arrived or not. No signs of frustration were shown by all the staff who answered the call.

Literally the worst Walgreens pharmacy for miles. Incredibly long waits for prescriptions and often unreachable by phone. They are horribly understaffed or completely incompetent. Either way, would you want to depend on them to get your prescriptions correct?
