The store is good, usually pretty stocked and they have an awesome clearance aisle. But the kind soul at the exit door, always with the fedora hat and dressed to impress, he makes the whole trip worth while. He’s the most upbeat, positive and friendly person in there. Always has a compliment and makes you feel brighter when you leave. They should treasure that man! We look forward to seeing him when we come in, that’s WHY we go to that location. Thank you for your positivity in this world (:

Barbara the manager for customer service was so unhelpful. I wasn't given a gift receipt for a tablet I told the associate was a gift and I was told that I needed to return to be able to repurchase. Went over to customer service and they told me that I needed to wait 24 hours to be able to make a return. Nonsense. Worst company ever. Give anybody else your business.

Bought a spare tire online from Walmart. Took it to this Walmart in Hamilton to have it mounted on a rim. They said I'd have to make an appointment and come back. Mr Tire in Hamilton was happy to take my money and mount the tire and they were super friendly, quick, and made me feel welcome. I highly recommend Mr. Tire.

It’s alright, been going here since I was little, I’m able - or USED to be able - to pop in get what I need and leave without hassle. The locked cabinets are highly annoying, but I understand. I normally head to Target and Ulta for beauty products, but if I’m already here, and I know you guys have what I need, Why not? It just gets annoying dealing with cases and boxes.
And oneeeee more thing… I FOR SURE don’t appreciate getting hit on by the person who is supposed to check my receipt. Don’t do that… no… ew, don’t be creeps😒.

I thought it was good. The lady in the office may write your phone number incorrectly. Check it. If you arrive on time, you will have a problem-free delivery.

I no longer shop at Walmart. Nothing against this store specifically but I will not support a company that rolled back the policies that were put in place to protects classes that are constantly discriminated against.

I tried to buy shaving cream for 2.91 and cheap razors for shaving. I finally found them in a locked cabinet. I waited for an employee to come (10 minutes). I was informed the items had to be locked in a secure box and I was not allowed to purchase without going thru this process. I do not like being treated like a theif. There are many stores that I can buy from where I will not be insulted.

Many items are behind locked cabinets. You have to call to get the item out but the call goes to voice mail. They you have to track someone down. That employee puts my $13 CerVe cream into another locked container to take to the register. The cashier can't open it. Takes it to someone else so I can pay for it My advice - go to Target where you won't be treated like a potential criminal over a $13 item!
