I waited at Wawa for assistance pumping gas as required in NJ, but no one showed up despite multiple attempts to get attention. Very disappointing and inconvenient. Hope they improve their service.

Person making the orders didn’t know how to divide multiple orders and handed me a wrong item in my order. Also the chicken quesadilla had no chicken on it. Sad a simple job of keeping track of orders can’t be done. Wawa is starting to go down the toilet

Improvement in the food quality is needed. Sweet Cream Pretzels were burnt and dry.

Cannot believe how the employee was pumping gas. I asked him to fill the tank. He told me I had to pay him first. I asked how I'm supposed to know how much to pay. He said to guess. I left with 3/4 a tank of gas. Never again.
Parking: You can usually get a spot unless the shopping center is busy.

I try not going to this Wawa anymore for gas. The gas attendant Erick really needs to just do his job. I always come in asking for Super high octane. Erick repeatedly suggests that I don’t get super that I get premium. The first time I met Erick I took his advises shortly after my car is not running well it’s sputtering and the check engine light comes on. I had to purge my vehicle of the premium gas and fill it back up with super. Already having learned my lesson to not put premium in my car and also after reviewing my vehicle owners manual, I again ask for super. Again, Erick persists and continues to recommend premium. I told him if my experience with the premium has and he instantly gets offended and says that story didn’t make any sense. At this point Erick is starting to frustrate me. Erick is a order taker therefore he is in no position to make suggestions or recommendations on what fuel a customer SHOULD get. Erick please just give what the customers ask for please. This is a warning the next time I will go find the manager and make sure you’re suggesting comes to a complete stop.

How are you going to charge cash before pumping fuel into a car, if you’re paying cash you can’t really fuel up you cars tank because you have to guess an amount and not what you really need, need to go back to fuel first pay after

Last night before work, I ordered a chicken hoagie and they gave me a freaking turkey. Not only was I pissed they added cheese and there was a freaking hair in it...I had to trash my entire sandwich. Such a freaking waste of money.
