Every time I order for pick up they take forever to make the order and sometimes they give me the bag so that i go and pick up the items myself!!! That’s not my job

I loved meeting the store manager today. He's so polite and a very positive person who spreads his kindness; we need more people like him! I love coming here for coffee and hash browns. The staff is always friendly and polite, and the store is spotless!
