The staff here is always exceptionally helpful—especially Meg, who consistently makes things easier and addresses concerns promptly. She is highly professional and outstanding at her job. Chuck and his team are equally excellent, often resolving most issues within just 12 hours. The property is well maintained, with beautiful landscaping and green areas. Overall, the team goes above and beyond to make living here a great experience.

Literally one of the worst apartments I’ve ever been at. I lived there for a year, and it was a complete nightmare. Rats, cockroaches, and all kinds of disgusting insects everywhere—bugs crawling out of nowhere!! Like NO WAY am I ever making this mistake again. It’s not even safe; my packages got stolen MULTIPLE times. The refrigerator barely works, the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting, and everything is straight-up TRASH. Do NOT even think about staying here. If you’re planning to stay more than two months, just DON’T. Save yourself the stress!!

I live here in 2019 for less than a year before I moved to Washington DC for a new job. First day I moved in, the apartment roof leaked from the rain. Before moving, I gave them over a month notice. However, they still took my security deposit, charged me for damages that never existed and sent me a letter that I must continue paying rent until a new tenant move in. This place is struggling so bad that they’re willing to come after people even if you’ve been their finest tenant.

I live in wingate apartments and my mom and I are having mice issues and the landlord isn’t doing a thing about we complained and complained and complained the pest control people didn’t do a thing either so I’m going to keep complaining or I’m taking this to every news company in New Jersey until this mice issue is done top of that we are getting roaches in our drawers in the kitchen and all over our apartment my mom and I have to suffer from the negligence from the maintenance people and the landlord I want some done about these issues ASAP also rent will go into escrow if it’s these issues are not resolved

I live in Victoria village for one year I been having so much trouble with naber no one will do anything about it they make lead noise after 11pm and can't get a good night sleep they do drug in back of the house I have call more than 90 times and have call police have reported it still nothing

Samantha, one of the two wonderful ladies at the front office, was one of the most wonderful people I have encountered in my apartment hunt journey. She was patient with every question I had and took the time to make me and my family feel comfortable. She was extremely responsive to my text messages and was always in contact. She constantly offered her helping hand and was authentic in the way she presented herself and the apartment. If you are looking at these apartments, you are in amazing hands with Samantha. She is so great!

Wanted to give a big shoutout to the property managers Meg and Sam for providing an extremely positive stay for me during my time here. I actually moved from the West Coast for my school program and Meg was the person I was in contact with from the beginning and was very attentive and helpful to all of my needs for a smooth move. Any time I needed help or had questions, Meg was always prompt and available to answer all of them. I am grateful for the opportunity to live here during my brief stay in New Jersey and happy that Meg allowed me to have one less thing to worry about! I also liked that the maintenance workers were always available at any time of the day and responded fairly quickly and conducted themselves professionally. Definitely take advantage of the amenities such as the fitness room since it is newly opened. Thanks again for everything Meg!

I LOVE my apartment. When I moved in, it was clean, well maintained, and had new appliances, toilet seat, blinds, etc. It is SO roomy and has beautiful hardwood floors. Maintenance always responds promptly to for any issues or requests I have, and the leasing agents are so helpful and kind. I had a minimal security deposit due at lease signing, and my application fee was applied to first month's rent. The new clubhouse is a great amenity. It's a quiet and pretty clean and well-maintained area. My only complaints are that the washing machines aren't very well- maintained and the water temp in the shower fluctuates. Still, I hope to stay here for some time!

I sincerely advise anyone to look elsewhere, the price is too high for the quality. I now live in the area in an apartment with amenities wing gate did not provide us like personal washer/dryer, central A/C and more with 500 sq ft more space and for less money. Plus wingate has some of the most ridiculously high pet fees I have seen if you have any animals.
