I was blessed to have Elmer help me at the Mays Landing store. He was patient and most thorough and took me step-by-step through things I just did not understand. He is a credit to your company. Elmer is an excellent representative for you. I am so happy to leave here now having an understanding of what to do with my phone and my connections with Xfinity. Thank you.

My visit that Xfinity store was great and exciting. I will definitely be back tomorrow to continue with a new phone iPhone 16 Pro Max that I will inquire tomorrow.

i came in the other day looking for a new phone and elmer helped me find exactly what i was looking for! he answered all of my questions and explained everything very clearly!! he has great customer service skills! he should be promoted to manager!!

Extremely rude staff. A couple of weeks ago my father went in to get a new modem for a condo he had recently bought. The problem was that they said they shouldn't have put two different addresses with 2 different modems on the same account but somehow they did that for my dad and it messed up our accounts. I go in and ask for them to help and they turn me down and then tell me to leave the store. Extremely rude and won't own up to their OWN mistake.

Arrogant, cocky employees who couldn’t be bothered to help me during a routine problem. You wait forever to have someone whose job it is to assist and they genuinely couldn’t be more disinterested in getting services ready for you. Go elsewhere and choose a different company if possible.

Educated and good-natured people assisted me, answered all my questions regarding their products, and informed me in detail. The prices are good and attractive, the store has good space for the number of people that attend at any given time, it is clean, there are seats to wait your turn, the wait is not long.

I signed up for service, all I needed was a router, so I came here to pick one up instead of waiting for Comcast to deliver me one. I saw they had all sorts of routers on the shelves, I picked one that suited me for $120. I told the associate that I'd like to buy it. He said there would be a 3-hour wait, as they had other customers in queue. I was incredulous. It would take them 3 hours to pick a router off the shelf and sell it to me? I told them I'd go across the street to Best Buy and walk out with one in 5 minutes. They were fine with that, so that's what I did.
While I was waiting, I had the pleasure of seeing a bunch of kids and families sitting around waiting for service. One guy was sleeping on a piece of furniture, who knows how long he was there. Another older woman was yelling at an associate in tears, because she had been charged an extra month that she couldn't afford because the equipment she returned was missing a piece. Absolutely no one would choose to go here if Comcast didn't enjoy their status as a monopoly

If i could give a lower rating i would l. This is ridiculous 3-4 times a week around 12am-3am my internet goes out from 5-60mins maybe more and none of my friends that have xfinity have this issue only me. I have gig internet btw. been going on for the the last 8-12 months and it's just unbearable at this point I will never ever ever recommend xfinity or anything they are associated with to anyone I know horrible company I really don't know how they are still in business and when I look up outages in my area guess what it says there's no outages in my area. Why am I paying you for internet when it goes out constantly just tonight (5/9/24) it's went out 4 time. 4 TIMES. LIKE BRO COME ON I can't stand this company anymore I'd rather go with a no name ISP. And that should say something about a billion dollar company. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I just wanted to say thank you to Marisol Robles at the Xfinity store in Mays Landing. She trouble shooted every problem that had popped up from beginning to end. She stayed late to make sure my phone was connected and up and running which I might add, no products sold on her end. Just doing her job as a great employee. I would have no phone service if she had not stepped in to save the day. Thank you Mari ! You rock ?
