I would rate the employees 5 stars, but Comcast as a company is a nightmare. They have become so big and they know they can get away with treating people like they are a number. But again the employees at the store are great.

Xfinity is a scam. They keep charging all these extra fees and every time I call to get issues resolved they promise me it won't happen again because the issue is resolved yet I keep on having the same issues. Also how are they charge my card for $80 and turn my phone service off at the same time? Gtfoh I'm switching to Verizon I'm over this.

Walked in and no one greeted us and we didn’t know what to do and where to go because there is no clear directions and people don’t ask you what you are here for. Walked around for a good few minutes trying to figure out where I’m supposed to go to return my device. Rude and unwelcoming

Wow this place is a joke. You show up early for an appointment and they make you wait for over an hour while they all talk and play around. If Comcast is truly about customer service than the representation at this store truly undermines that. As I sat there not a single can I help you. The guy taking the appointment just played on his phone the whole time and never even looked up. If you thought DMV was bad this is worst!

We went to this location to exchange a faulty cable box today for one that worked properly. Later we received an email reflecting "updated services". These services adds up to more than $70 in addition to what we are already paying! We did not authorize these additional fees. We exchanged the box for another, not specifying any particular box. We were given the box, without being told anything about the box and certainly without being told that there were additional charges. We were only told that the box was "better". This company is playing dirty pool and is exuding bad business practices.To make matters worse, we are unable to install the box properly, so we will need a technicians assistance. Which means another day without cable.If these additional charges are not removed before our next bill arrives, we will cancel our service and take our business elsewhere. It's too many options out there to put up with the unscrupulous tactics and unprofessionalism any further.Utterly ridiculous.

Had a great experience. My associate helping me, Yashira R. was very patient, as we were trying to deal with getting my mobile number switched over from Walmart family plan. Which was very difficult on Walmarts ends trying to get the port pin. Including having to call back Walmart customer service multiple times. Walmart gave me a very head ache inducing and time-consuming process to get them to let me switch my phone number over to Comcast. Yashira was very patient and helpful through the whole ordeal. I highly recommend this location for all your phone or other Comcast needs. I hope the store manager sees this and gives an accommodation for her above and beyond customer service she exhibited today.Thank you again,Nicholas W.

It's a long story. Still having issues with my phone that I took into the store. It was damaged and cutting into my hands. They took the phone and got rid of it. They don't remember me being in store that day. Finding out what you need to do with your phone when it breaks and having insurance on it. It doesn't go through Xfinity. I had no idea. But, here's the catch. You still needed to send the broken phone. Just not to them.
