the atm machine outside counted my money wrong that I was depositing and I tried taking it out and redoing it. Counted it wrong three times. On another occasion it kept freezing when trying to withdraw another day. I had to go to bank of america and pay a fee to retrieve my money.

The service has changed since the merge of trust. The accounts app is having problems & no one wants to address it, they blame it on you. No one wants to help you over the phone when you have issues with their new app. The waits are 1 hr or more on the phone and if they can't help you, they just hang up on you.

BBT is filled with false promises, they don't get back to you the mortgage department is understaffed and take forever to get back to you. The mortgage loan officer that represents your mortgage loan will never call you. When they give you a loan, it's thru a private investor. So, if you go thru a covid situation and cannot pay your mortgage there's no help for you because it's not a bank owned mortgage. This bank is the worst place to have a mortgage with!

BB and T of Hammonton is by far the best bank I have ever used. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have always been treated with courtesy and have never had an issue that was not easily resolved. I whole heartedly recommend this bank.

Extreme incompetence. They lock clients out of their account and say that you engage in fraud, when you call they tell you that you need to go into the branch. When you go into the branch they tell you (yell at you) that you are rude. They tell you that they fixed the problem when it isn't fixed. The main manager Flickinger is never in the branch and no one at the branch can help you without his help. It borders on criminal. Stay far away from this bank.

Stay away from this bank. The workers are rude and incompetent. The head manager is always out to lunch either physically or mentally. The larger organization rarely gets things right the first time. Many times you have to call back multiple times for the same issue and some time when you call back they dont even have an idea or record of what transpired last time you talked with them.

Since they became BBT things have improved, like the website. This branch the staff is friendly and helpful. Has an ATM near the drive-thru.
