“I recently had a death in the family. I ordered flowers through Berlin Blossom and they did NOT put the sash on that was supposed to say Beloved Uncle. I was setting up when Our Expressions florist was delivering more orders to the funeral home and saw how upset I was. I asked the nice man if he had one and I would buy it from him. He said he did not have one on him but offered to go make one and bring it back on his way home, all for free. This gesture went to far and I will not be a customer of theirs. The sash was the most important part and they saved the day out of the kindness of their heart. Thank you, I am so grateful!!”
