The man who works mostly in the mornings/afternoons is HORRIBLE. ( I believe he may be the owner)
my family and I have come here an average of once a day, for the last eight years or so.
About three weeks ago I gave him my card and forgot it was locked. in a incredibly rude tone he told me that he’s charged $.25 every time he runs my card. I apologized and said please add the $.25 on my total, so all is good. This is the first time something like that has ever happened. I could not understand what his problem was.
Yesterday I was about to run out of gas and realized my husband had my card. I asked him if he could please just type in the numbers in the CC machine ( the one man did it for my husband rather recently, so I know it’s possible) he was rude once again and said “it can’t be done.” I said it was done for my husband a couple weeks ago and he stated “well nobody should have done that for him”.
we give them so much business and the fact that he can’t take an extra two minutes to type in my card number, so I could make it home. I’m so tired of people being nasty for no reason. I feel crazy even writing this because it’s so Ridiculous. There was not a line of cars. It was not especially busy or anything. Even if it was, I would have waited.
I will say the younger man who works at night is wonderful. if I could only deal with him, I would keep coming here.
I urge anyone with a similar experience to mine to go elsewhere. Maybe my words don’t matter but choosing where I spend my money does.
