Husband and I made an appointment over a month in advance and took time off work to be there. When we got there 10 minutes before our appointment time, we were told they were behind and couldn't see us that day because we'd run into closing. A word of advice: don't book appointments for 6pm if that is an issue, and at the very least give a phone call when you know it is and not wait until we drive out there. Because we work opposite hours and are absolutely not taking more time off work, we declined to reschedule and will instead be going somewhere else. We've used them for years so it's a shame, but completely unacceptable.

Very friendly and knowledgeable tax preparers. Nice office staff also. All in all I will continue to use them for my taxes, and use the same office that I have been going to for over a decade. I would definitely recommend them if anyone asked me.

I dropped all the tax documents few weeks ago. Then I went to see H&R Tax Professional for return in completed yesterday. It took me to finish within 15 minutes. It is awesome.
