Called the 1-800 number around 11 on a Sunday. Wasn’t expecting a call back until next day but to my surprise I received a call within 5 minutes and they had a tech to my house at 8 the next morning. Exceptional customer service.

We had holding tank issues, the installing company refused to come service. Anderson’s came the very next day, fixed the problem and was able to honor a manufacturers warranty. So grateful, highly recommend!!!
