Didn't answer phone to see if car was done. Drove to place and asked about car. They didn't work on it because no one bothered to check the key drop till I pointed out the key envelope was laying on floor unbelievable.

Well I got stranded on the road with a flat and 4 broken lug nut stems. A friend towed me to this Mr Tire and I left the truck at night with a note. They were good enough to contact me with a price and they got right on getting my truck fixed. Very pleasant experience.

I immediately felt the friendly professional atmosphere when I walked in the door of Mr. Tire. I explained to Bob (not sure about name) the sales rep, that I was pretty sure I needed tires because they were losing air. Upon viewing my tires, Bob showed me that all four of my tires needed to be replaced because they all had cracks in them. They were over six years old so I went ahead with replacing all four. Bob said they were extremely busy that day, so the installation could not be done, but he quickly scheduled me with an appointment in three days. He gave me a quotation, and I was on board with the cost. Went back for the installation and was well pleased with the service. During the installation, Bob made sure I was comfortable in their waiting room. Very personable sales reps. I think the other gentleman behind the counter may have been Shawn (not sure about this). Will definitely be using this business again.

Our truck was left damaged after being brought in for a diagnostic check. We addressed the dents and scratches with the worker and owner present at the time of our service and neither will take responsibility claiming there are no cameras on the premises. Completely unsatisfactory for a business to be ran this way. Now we’re stuck with damage to our vehicle and Mr.Tire will not take responsibility for it.

Dealt with 4 of the staff; all customer friendly-professional. Had an oil change and tire rotation. Advised that after accumulating 25 miles to come back for a torque check at no charge, putting me at ease that they back their work! First experience with Mr. Tire in Hammonton... not my last! I left with a great first impression and business cards to recommend to family and friends!

Not a great experience when I had to pay an extra 50 bucks to get a little bit of grease on a pin that slides through the brake caliper during a brake job
