We went through the whole process. Scam alert!! Here is how horrible it is:
In the beginning it all seemed great. Bob was the salesperson and when he actually did correspond with us he said it should only take four or five months total. I get that it all needs to sound like sunshine and rainbows to get the sale. Here we are almost a year later since the house was delivered and we still have not fully moved in to our modular home. Is it all Supreme Modular’s fault? No, but it is a high percentage. For example, they would not tell us things like we need an “alternative site” within 15 miles to put the house on two weeks before the house was delivered! Very stressful and they did not help at all plus compounding the stress by constantly telling us if they did not have a site we would be penalized. You would think for amount of money they would research and provide a site for you but instead let’s not do anything and wait right before the house is coming to let the owners know they need to do this all themselves. Next they said we had to have trees cut in a week’s time or we can’t deliver the house. Just ridiculous. The most egregious thing is that they highly recommended and provided the absolute worst General Contractor! With supposedly over 30 years of experience, he did not even understand basic construction principles. He was constantly asking for checks from us without any substantial progress. The worst part was his shocking incompetence has cost us thousands and thousands of dollars from his mistakes. Now to top it all, this dunderhead GC has now put a mechanical lien against our property for an inordinate amount of money for not doing anything! What a scam!! Ok, so brought this to Supremes attention and their response was “it’s a third party and we can’t get involved”. They are an absolute joke! They were very quick to respond to this post and say that I could not say anything negative. This is still America, correct? I wish I could say who I am and give anyone that is considering this my contact info to speak to my wife and I first because there is plenty more. **They just want the sale and after that they have no clue what they are doing and when you say how bad they are they say you signed something and can’t say anything negative. Does that sound on the up and up? Scam alert!!
