Bad costumer service, I bought something online, they deducted my money, after 1 week they hid that money and deducted some more money, they didn't help at all, and I lost some more money, never use the bank.

Rude.went through drive thru to make a cash deposit in my fiancees account..and they demanded my driver's license, cause I'm not on his account..tried to keep my money, had to go inside . Then assistant manager kept pushing a sign in my face to which I knocked over and told her you only need a driver license to cash a check! I demanded the bank manager name,girl in drive thru and my money before I called the cops.
And imagine that I tried calling all day and no one answers. And while I was there they were telling the guy Infront of me to go to the Atco branch cause they didn't have enough money to cash his check ..
I would close my accounts before they take your money and run!!

Came in last night to open an account, was in and out in less than a half hour. Gentleman with long hair and glasses assisted me. Great job. Great service. Very clean and friendly.

I haven't always loved dealing with corporate, but the manager Eric Lopez went above and beyond for a great in-person experience. Really felt like a hometown bank. Thank you!

Literally the WORST branch/bank ever!! They never answer the phones! Took my money for a deposit and my account shows NOTHING, even an hour later!! Called the customer service number and they can't help because they don't see it either?!! I am switching banks tomorrow! This is NOT the first time they screwed up either!

Worse TD bank! So slow I been sitting in the drive through for over 20 minutes! Most people are diving away not even going inside! Only 1 teller the manager should be at the window helping

If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer service was pitiful, had a problem with my account and not only did they not answer the phone, they closed the door on me 20 minutes before they closed and I had rushed there from work.

I stopped by the drive-thru ATM outside to withdraw some money, however, the ATM machine was out of service. I drove around and went inside the lobby and tried to withdraw $600 from my checking account, but the machine only dispensed $80. I checked my bank account and was showing a $600 withdraw even though the machine only delivered $80. I call customer service and had to wait 45 minutes to speak with an agent. Be very careful at this ATM machine and keep track of your account's activities.

I needed a new debit card & decided to call ahead; they made the new one for me while I drove 15 minutes to their location, called them when I got there & was brought out my card right to my car. Didnt have to step into the building once. Safety first ? thanks Andrea!
