“This is a great shop. The customer service is phenomenal. Everyone is really knowledgeable and friendly.m. I originally went to the philly store and service was always great there too. My one suggestion is to ask customers if they want their bottle back when requesting a refill. I always give them an almost empty bottle just to show what I had and I rarely get it back without asking. Sometimes I start talking and don’t remember until it’s too late. It looks empty but it’s not lol. Maybe get in the habit of just handing it back after you get the info. outside of that both the service and products are amazing. Worth the 45 min drive”
