My family and I (4) arrived on location and were immediately greeted by Stafa and Phill. One employee spent a good amount of time with our new purchases as the employee handled many other walk in customers and telephone calls that came in. Each employee was efficient. We are happy to have TCC in our community and we support local businesses. Thank you, keep up the good work. We will be back.

I'm not one to usually leave reviews, but in today's world, recognition can go a very long way. With that being said, Jay at the Verizon store in Hammonton is the absolute best. I went in with a broken phone, not certain I would be able to retrieve the years of pictures and videos I have saved on it, and he not only got me really good price on my new phone but also managed to get not only my pictures but literally everything that I had on my old phone. Exceptional job Jay, and we will return in the future!

I came to this Verizon as a last resort. After 2 years of problems, being gaslighted & looked down upon by the corporate store, and disregarded by many of the sales team staff, executive corporate liaisons, FCC, and the BPU, I asked Jared if he could think outside the box because of several multiple long-term ongoing issues. He said, "What's going on?" and he & Dawn put on their thinking caps. It's been several trips into the store while trying to fix the issues, and I'm welcomed by name while we've gone down the checklist to correct all the problems. Jared has solved so many issues that the corporate store wasn't able to. He and Dawn have what needs to be completely applauded; their customer service skills are impeccable. Listening to all of your complaints, concerns/questions, and willing to walk you through everything until it's completed. The customer service these two bring is what's needed nowadays, and I'll continuously use this location as long as they are working there. Kudos to the dynamic team!!!

I came into this Verizon location lost and hopeless. Technology has done many many laps around me and I was at the point where I would be more than happy doing away with it all. Well Jared has completely changed that thought of mine. He is a tremendous help and very knowledgeable. I usually am not one to leave reviews but I felt that the work that he put in had to be recognized. Thank you Jared and the rest of the team at the Hammonton Verizon store!
