“Today I walked into David Charles Ltd looking to have my necklace fixed as it kept falling off of my neck. The woman at the counter was very polite, and informed me that she’d see what she could do. So, she brought my necklace to the back room to see if it could be repaired. Less than 2 minutes later, she returned with my fixed necklace, and even told me it was free of charge!!! I’d recommend David Charles not only for their customer service, but for their beautiful selection of dipped roses as well. Thank you so much!!”
