So I came up here tonight and the guy Tyler took very great care of me. He helped me find a great parking spot and didn’t judge me even though my hair was blonde and I was a black guy. I really appreciated it. I would always come back and definitely Suggest this spot for anybody.Truck driver or any driver

I knew this Pilot was gonna be good as soon as I walked in when I saw a man DUSTING THE AIR VENTS 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 Truck stops don't do this enough (if ever). Then came the woman who calls everyone honey 😊 Friendly and clean. What more can a driver ask for?

I stopped by this Pilot and I was instantly greeted with a smile. The gentleman named Asaad was very polite and helped with directions. The restroom was very well maintained. I would stop here always when I pass here

Manager Was Rude – Staff Deserved Better Leadership
I stopped at this truck stop recently and had a disappointing experience with the manager on duty. While the female staff members were kind, professional, and helpful, the manager’s attitude was completely the opposite.
I approached him with a simple request and was treated with coldness and disrespect. There was no effort to understand my situation or offer any kind of support. It felt like he was more interested in asserting authority than actually helping a customer.
It’s unfortunate because the rest of the team is doing a great job, but leadership like this brings down the entire experience. Management should reflect the same level of respect and customer care that the other employees clearly understand.

BEWARE AT THIS STOP! Pretty sure the gas guy who pumped our gas and did the payment when we handed our credit card hacked our card. We had large transactions come up our card
