(Danny) I buy 90 percent of my equipment there. They take the time to explain every detail about the machine, paperwork, and maintenance and answer every question I have. I take all my equipment to get repaired there, and I never had any issues with any repairs. Overall, I highly recommend going there.”

“I ordered an XBOX from this Best Buy, and they used a third party delivery site (Roadie) to ship it. The package I got two days later (although it should’ve been one) contained a random assortment of items. I went to the physical store to resolve this issue, and the manager Andrea was very helpful. She explained that the package had been tampered with by the Roadie driver as it was sealed by tape that Best Buy did not use and clearly gave me the next steps to follow.
In other words, be careful if you’re getting products shipped, but the in-store staff is very helpful.”

“I had to ask for help finding an item. The staff member was a bit rude at first but I think they way I handled it by not reacting and still giving respect changed his attitude. At the end he looked up my item in the computer and went as far as walking me to it, asked if I needed a cart, etc. At the end all turned out great. I left with all my item and a smile. Yes I would return as the place is clean and they have most things in stock.”

“Generally my preferred location for home improvement, typically a good consistent experience. Sometimes an employee or 2 is rude. But typically most employees are nice. The manager makes spanish announcements play on the intercom which is very annoying!”

“Long story short: skip the big box stores and go here, you won't regret it... Outstanding family owned business with great pricing and customer service!Long story long: I had an appliance break and needed it same-day. I made the mistake of going to Home Depot and PC Richards first and they didn't have anything in stock and weren't even able to give me a timeline for delivery. I was lucky enough to find Jem on Google... not only did they have a good selection actually on their premises but their pricing was good as well. The customer service was great and I was able to even deal directly with one of the members of the family that owns the business. Where can you really find that these days? The buying process was quick and easy, no pressure, no drama. Zelle, check, or cash is preferred. I don't believe they install but they do deliver to a pretty extensive area. Not the easiest location to find but definitely worth it. Give them a call, support a great local family business!”
