I recently visited a minute clinic and had a frustrating experience. After waiting for my prescription, I was informed that one wasn't ready and would need to be picked up later. When I inquired about the other prescriptions, I was asked to wait in line again, even though I'd already been in the queue. This unnecessary delay was disappointing and inconvenient specially because the girl told me that I was not in the line that I was sitting when she called me.
And yes, I was sitting because they told me to sit and wait for the prescription.
The guys after me had the same experience.

My husband went to CVS to pick up a few items. Linda was the employee who helped him. He said she was very courteous and professional. She took the time to find the items he was looking for. He said checkout went so smoothly.

The pharmacy department in this location has deteriorated tremendously over the last couple of years. The staff is rude, condescending and unprofessional, reaching out to the board of pharmacy the file of formal complaint.

Do not go here to print pictures. I sent them the same picture 3 times. Every time, the photos were smudged and low quality. The lady was not helpful, saying: "Why are you blaming me? Call the corporate office." I sent the same file to Walgreens on Rt. 46 in Parsippany. The pictures came out sharp and beautiful.

Nasty, Nasty, Nasty Lady Pharmacist there.. I picked up prescriptions for a family member. Got home and the recipient said that one medication was not for her. Went back to CVS to return it and they refused to take the un-opened stapled bag with prescription inside back. It was $150.00 item I'm stuck with now.

Love this Pharmacy. They have everything you could possibly need. I was amazed that they had poster board, tools,candles computer ink baby diapers, adult diapers, vitamins, and everything that a normal pharmacy has definitely use CVS

I just went to this CVS pharmacy to try it out after going to the CVS pharmacy in Florham park for years. What a breath of fresh air. This is what a CVS pharmacy should be like. The indian lady pharmacist with the headscarf at the CVS location in Florham Park has no business being in a customer facing position or even managing a dog, let alone people! My experience at this CVS was nothing short of phenomenal. A Christmas miracle, even. The pharmacist was Brittany M , this was the BEST pharmacy experience I have had in YEARS. Well done, CVS of whippany. I will be switching to this pharmacy completely now. THANK YOU!
