Just purchased carpet, 2 chairs, couch and ottoman. When partial order arrived, I wasn't feeling good about the way one chair and carpet worked together. Through alot of time and effort, Susan Vema, Manager of the Whippany location, a very satisfactory agreement was reached and I am a happy customer. Can't say enough about the professionalism and caring Susan offered. Excellent!

Linda Tann out of East Hanover was the best designer! She took a unique space in our home and turned it into a work of art. We’ll definitely be using her again for design in the future. Linda is patient, honest and not pushy at all. She really just loves to design and help her customers make their living spaces beautiful.

Linda Davidson, our interior designer, was spot on with transforming our living room and family room with furnishings and rugs. It has been a pleasure working with Gail Taenzler. She is highly talented, creative and caring. We have worked on seven rooms in my home and she has approached each project with enthusiasm and interest in creating an amazing aesthetic. Gail has been professional in every interaction, guiding me through individual room plans and explaining all recommendations. I highly recommend her as a top designer.
Numerous guests comment on my before and after room transformations. Gail and I are working currently on my outside deck plan and I can't wait to have more friends see the incredible designer touch.

Linda Davidson is wonderful! She is a consummate professional and is excellent with interior designing. I always shop at Ethan Allan for my home and depend on Linda for her design sense. In addition, she is always so nice!

What could have caused such damage to the Ethan Allen table shown in the photo? Hard scrubbing with sandpaper? A spilt mug of battery acid?
It was, in fact, a damp backpack left on the table. Avoid if you prefer functional furniture.

Google reviews does not allow directly replies. The table was purchased at this store (Whippany) and delivered October 2021. Is poor craftsmanship covered by warranty?

Linda Davidson from Whippany Ethan Allen is a terrific designer that elevated my home from basement to 2nd floor- I am a real estate professional and recognize and appreciate designers who are on the top and have terrific customer service and great to work with. We have just completed our third design project with Linda Davidson and we couldn’t be happier! In addition to being extremely talented, Linda is very knowledgeable about the store’s products, is very patient, really listened to us about our preferences regarding both style and functionality, and is a pleasure to work with. The end result has been perfect in our opinion, with the added bonus of the entire process having been very pleasant and enjoyable. We highly recommend both Lin and Ethan Allen!

My wife and I couldn't be happier with the final result of our living room, almost entirely furnished from Ethan Allen. It was our first experience of working with an interior designer, which Ethan Allen provides as part of the shopping experience. Gail Taenzler was the interior designer that worked with us, and what a difference she made! My wife and Gail really connected, and there's no way we would've been able to achieve the final result without Gail's expert planning. She prepared in advance design ideas, and even came to our house several times to see if the color schemes and selected fabrics worked. Gail worked with the installers and ensured that every detail was correct. And of course, I need to mention the exceptional quality that Ethan Allen is known for. Tremendously satisfied with everything. Thank you, Ethan Allen and Gail. ?

Low quality , manager was rude , all furniture I bought I think they gave us floor model,stains in the bed& scratches.tables wobbly, another's console table scratches 2 sofa I bought missing lots of place padding they hang up the phone on me .

I went to only look at sectionals and I mentioned to the sales person, Gail T what I was looking for. She took me around store and she pointed out that a display was on sale. It was exactly what I wanted. High quality, beautiful leather and super comfortable. Gail was very professional and very responsive. I look forward to selecting fabrics with Gail on my next item.

We are very pleased with our recent experience working with Linda Tann to update our family room and dining room. Linda helped us select furniture, area rugs and light fixtures to complement our existing pieces. We are so happy with the outcome! Not only does Linda have a great eye for color and design, she was generous with her time, very responsive to calls and emails and stayed actively involved through product delivery and installation. I highly recommend working with Linda - it was a pleasure.

We recently purchased new living room, and family room furniture (sofas, rugs, lamps, tables), and some bedroom pieces, almost entirely at the Ethan Allen Whippany store. We worked with Karen Rapp and she was amazing - professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. She applied no 'sales pressure', which we appreciated, while making helpful suggestions and ensuring that our purchases and design would fit with our home and space. Karen stayed involved until all of our new furniture was delivered and set-up. Overall, it was a very positive experience and we are very happy with our redesigned rooms!
