This Old Navy location has taken a noticeable downturn. I used to rely on it for workout gear, jeans, and casual wear, but after a disappointing visit in the last few months, I haven’t returned. The store is messy and has an unpleasant smell, with clothes scattered on the floor and never fully stocked in a complete size range.
The quality has declined significantly—especially with jeans. In the past, Old Navy jeans lasted for years, but my most recent pair felt cheap, thin, and uncomfortable, making them a waste of money. The clearance section has also been poorly managed. In an effort to make space for girls’ clothing, they’ve crammed items together without proper sizing labels, making it nearly impossible to shop. Hangers fall as soon as you touch one, adding to the frustration. There’s no reason to jam everything into such a tiny clearance space when they could use rolling racks near the fitting rooms or another more accessible area.
Customer service is lacking. There are few sales associates on the floor, and interactions at the registers are a hit or miss. Some staff members seem indifferent to customers, acting unprofessional in their speech and appearance. The store’s overall decline makes shopping here more of a hassle than it’s worth, and I don’t see myself coming back anytime soon.

Old navy doesn't carry clothes anymore for older women. Everything now is for the young generation, we don't count matter anymore.

Good selections. The store manager was really helpful and considerate to us and adjusted the price to the right discount. The staffs are pleasant as well. As always good quality and price for old navy!

I gave one star because I wouldn’t be able to leave a review.
For the first time ever, I came to this store 110 E Hanover Ave, Cedar Knolls, NJ 07927 and was not able to shop on their women clearance area.
It was so disappointing they have a mixture of women & children, clothing. To top things off clothing was not arrange by sizes or by clothing type, women, children all mixed in.

I just love this store! They have clothes you will find in all sizes that you cannot find in all the other stores, more length's to choose from in shirts & pants plus leggings and dresses!! I always find something finally in just the right size for myself there. 10 Stars!!

I went old navy tonight in legwood New Jersey The new one that open. I went store to get my shirt he didn't want look for it that was second time I going I just lost customer you need go back how to training you lost customer you have nice people they were work there especially young teenagers youShould hire people More expire then them
