Produce has always been one day shy of rotten! If it's not soft and mushy, it's tasteless. Spent $11.99 for a bag of cherries that had no flavor. It's been this way since store opened. I have spoken to the produce manager and customer service but no one cares. Pretty typical these days.

I was having a lot of trouble filling my meds- other pharmacies were out of stock and insurance was giving issues requiring pre approvals. This pharmacist was knowledgeable, helpful and helped come up with a temporary solution. Highly recommend.

Nothing special just a feed store now.In house bakery is not used any longer, everything is from outside vendors,Produce is "eh", second tier produce most likelyFish dept stinks...that's never good! Seriously Meat dept is lackluster. Always empty shelves when they open...as in "bare".The Restaurant is closedThe In Store kitchen where you could order for breakfast/lunch take out is closed. The big hoopla store that opened closed that and reopened 2.0Morristown just doesn't have options.KINGS overprices items because of the location and it's Senior customer base and WHOLE FOODS is overpriced and selection is limited. So we be stuck with ACME...I mean SHOPRITE I get it Covid changed their business model... blah blah blah. No one wants a job and they need more money.Isn't it funny...we bag our own items, we bring our own bags... where's the discount? I wasn't even offered bag training!

A nice enough ShopRite with a lot of prepared take out items like sushi, sandwiches & soups. I like the vegetable soup there. Self checkout near the prepared foods area makes for a quick and easy checkout. Disposable plastic silverware wasn't easy to find and the eat in area looked disheveled and closed, it was empty and no lights on so I ate in my car. The food was good but that was a disappointment. The selection of groceries seems extensive but they need to keep an eye on organization, I notice a downturn from a few years ago when I walked in and was blown away. Wegman's has this beat, sorry.

I always have a great experience at the ShopRite pharmacy. Their prices are reasonable and the staff is so kind they go above an beyond helping me with all my issues (and believe me I have a lot!). Lorraine and Yazmin are beautiful people and I appreciate them so much. You should definitely get your flu shots here too they are very gentle. I love getting my drugs from here.

just nowNEWAn employee just told my husband to "eat sh*t" because it's the day before payday and we had to put a few things back. Don't go here.Edit: He went back in to speak to the manager and she called him a fag*ot.

The kitchen @ this ShopRite is phenomenal. My mom always asks to go here when she is in town to get the tuna. The kids LOVE the pizza; not to mention they have an amazing individual, Andrew Campione, that works for them!! Great person and makes GREAT food!

Extremely rude over the phone. The receptionist got annoyed at me asking basic questions and hung up on me. Horrible service.

Worst customer service with plenty of attitude. No one knows what they are doing. only reason why they received a one star rating is because you can’t put a zero star rating which is what is deserved here. Taking my business elsewhere, bye bye shop-rite pharmacy with bad service and lots of attitude.

I’ve had far friendlier customer service experiences with the staff at the DMV than with this pharmacy staff.

I finally watched someone trip over an unattended stock cart, which has been a huge issue almost anytime I visit this store in the morning. There were two stock carts in the middle of the aisle, which leaves just enough room on either side for customers to pass. This time, there was a shopping cart with broken down boxes blocking one side, so everyone has to go down the other side and navigate around the unattended stock carts. This woman didn't realize that what looked like two carts was really one cart that was empty in the middle, and tried to cross the aisle. She fell hard, hitting her head, cutting her leg, and injuring her finger. One of the employees came over and kept saying something about their insurance covering things, and when I started saying that it shouldn't have happened in the first place, he started defending ShopRite saying that this hardly ever happens. He got angry and nearly started yelling at me when I took pictures of how the carts were left unattended. I finally just gave the woman who fell my name and number in case she needed me. I also filled out a statement as a witness. I took photos of that as well, since I think there is a good chance it will disappear. She was embarrassed, and didn't even realize her leg was bleeding until she saw blood on the floor. ShopRite may have insurance, but they still need to take responsibility for their negligence.

Let me preface this by saying that I am a huge fan of Shoprite, and have had very good experiences at other Shoprites in the past. However, if you are looking at using this pharmacy, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. The pharmacists do not care. If you are picking up a prescription, you will end up waiting. They stand and gossip while you wait to get their attention, and show no interest in providing even a weak customer service experience. I am not sure if Village Shoprites provide any sort of training to their pharmacists, but it does not seem like it. Use your local, small business pharmacy. Shoprite pharmacy will be fine without you, and they demonstrate that clearly.

The quality of service and my experience at the pharmacy has declined a great deal over the past month. There are two new girls and a new pharmacist there and for about 3 times just over the past two weeks my husband who just had eye surgery was told the medicine is not in you will have to wait two or three days! The girls and pharmacist are unorganized and usually I get my flu shot there, but not this year I will go somewhere else!! So now my dr ordered RX at 4pm and it was not even ready the next day by 12 and on top of that when I opened the bottle it was overfilled and the pills came spilling out. That was extremely dangerous. Going elsewhere!!1

0 stars if i could rate it! Below average, just for pantry items and sometimes even those are expensive for what they are. This Shoprite has gone downhill! Let's not talk about the pizza. How can you mess up a plain pie ?! Also undercooked and we asked for bacon as a toppings( no bacon was found).
