I really like this UPS. It has a young and friendly staff that make Amazon returns a breeze. I prefer this one over the Florham Park location. It's night and day in regards to customer service.

This is the first time I've been asked to pay to tape my package. Came back the next day after I taped it and they couldn't print my QR code. Had to call the manufacturer for a new label. Sheyla was very rude in the whole exchange.

It's Sunday at1:34 the store is suppose to be open until 3:00pm, it is not !

I’m not very good with the whole return process. Any time I’ve gone into the store, regardless of who’s working, they are always extremely helpful. They are very patient and professional.

I printed out my label and put it on the box to return to amazon, amazon's policy is that you can return items in ANY BOX. However, even though Amazon will tell you to bring the return there, they have their own set of local store rules you will only find out when trying to do your return. I know UPS themselves do not have this rule, only this local store. To the local stores reply: My label WAS a free amazon label, you rejected the package before you even scanned it. There was nothing wrong with the label, the box or Amazon it was a issue with this UPS store making up fictious rules.

Shoutout to the guy working on Monday morning 3/24/25. I went to get my fingerprints scanned and was having a ton of trouble getting clear images, and he was the most patient and helpful person (while still helping other customers as they came in).

You charge people to put a piece of tape on the box? WOW that's beyond ridiculous
