Dr Joanna Blanco is the best!! Park Medical in Harrington Park is great because of Dr Blanco (and Dr Fadil, who retired). I’m a health care professional myself and I worked with doctors all day long so I know great from not so great. I’m so lucky to have met Dr Blanco!! She’s professional, knowledgeable, patient and a pleasure!! Even when I move, I will definitely drive to Harrington Park to see Dr Blanco!! She’s well worth it. I strongly recommend her!!

I have gone to Park Medical Group in Harrington Park for over 30 years and am currently in need of going to see a doctor. As I am not feeling good, wanted to go the Harrington Park location and all this angry sounded person who answered the phone, could say was that she could not squeeze me into my preferred location and gave me options to travel to places I'm not comfortable driving as I am feeling very weak. This group have plummeted into the depths of not caring one iota about their patents, WE ARE ALL NUMBERS! i now will go to an emergency medical center, where I can get good patient service.I would like to know where the doctors and their associates who care are located.

The doctors I’ve met are pretty good so far but the answering office and getting the front office to get back to you can be horrendous. It’s 5:09 and I don’t expect a call back after I contacted them around noon. It makes it very difficult to be a medical proxy for a loved one when you have to put so much work to contact and arrange an appointment.

It's hard to get through and some of the drs are not great. Some at the front desk is also rude too with no patience.

Office manager was very rude and uncaring when I went in for my first appointment. Refused to help with billing situation even seemed happy to turn me away. The social worker seemed nice but then never answered the email that THEY TOLD ME to send them so we could stay in touch. I guess they only care about money not people

I phoned the office for a mammography prescription. They told me I was due for a physical. I felt like they wouldn't give me the prescription without the physical appointment. The scheduled appointment was today February 10th . When I saw dr. Karpinski it was like I requested the appointment for a mammogram result. I did not. The whole thing was awkward I didn't get to ask any of my prepared questions because the connection was so bad.

I visited the Harrington Park office and saw an NP named Jennifer. I had a round rash on my knee with a slightly raised bull's eye. I thought it might be a tick bite. I was concerned because I have a weak immune system. The NP barely glanced at my knee. She asked me no questions and did not touch the rash. She did say it was not s tick bite. Every question I asked her was answered by "I don't know".What is it? answer- I don't knowIs it a bite? answer- I don't know - etc etcI left without an Rx and she told me I could use a cream I had at home.Waste of my time.I immediately went to A+ UrgentCare in Cresskill and saw a PA.She put on gloves and felt the rash, pressed on it and squeezed the center. She asked a lot of questions.Did I see an insect on my skin?Does it itch, burn sting etc. Has it changed in appearance? She prescribed Doxycycline and a cream, and told me to return for a Lymes titer if it did not heal promptly. She said it was definitely an insect bite, but she was not sure it was a tick bite. She wanted to be cautious and I was thankful.Big difference!
