“absolutely love this place I could've stayed to look at the fish all day. All the fish are well taken care of and they have an amazing selection of freshwater fish (mainly for bigger tank size). They have many types of substrates, rock for scaping, and the plants are well priced. Pete helped us he was very kind and helpful. It's hard to find a good fish store that offers the vibe of Fish hut. This place is a gem totally worth the drive out for me. Definitely coming back for stuff to scape my 36.”

“Will never shop anywhere else for my pets. The ladies who own/run this place are so knowledgeable and helpful. My boxer had major gastric issues and I was paying a ton for food through the vet that my dog actually hated. She recommended a brand that she stocks and I have had a very happy puppy and wallet”
“Today was my first time at Fur the love of pets. What a welcoming environment from the moment you enter and are greeted by John. My little Yorkie, Riley, is one of those in constant motion. Lisa was her groomer and was fabulous and on point with everything. Her haircut was perfect. Also, I love that the dogs aren’t crated and might I say, this is the first grooming salon that I’ve ever been to that does this. I’ve already booked Riley’s second appointment. If I could give 10 stars, I would.”
“What a lovely shop filled with everything you could want for your pets! I was staying a few blocks away and stopped in to buy my babies something to give them when I returned home. The owner Eddie is very kind, taking care with each customer if they ask questions or need help. That said, he’s not pushy in the least. I enjoyed meeting the resident shop cat Chloe, black cats rule! I managed to spend $50 on some really high end catnip toys (only the best for my kids!) and a cool small dog toy. I’ll definitely go out if my way to stop in here next time I’m in NYC. If I lived locally I would do all my pet shopping here, great selection!”
“Absolutely adore this pet store! I prefer supporting small businesses rather than big box and they are always so helpful and have such a wonderful unique selection. My son loves coming in this store to buy treats and new toys for our pups. Our pups recently had a birthday and we put together the cutest little basket for them. We always receive a warm welcome and there’s always someone available to help with any questions. Even when my toddler insists on paying-the cashiers are kind and patient while he counts. :)”

“I did not go to visit this Store. I went by the reviews. I called and a nice woman asked how she could help. She informed me that she just sold a Cavalier 2 weeks ago, but will call Breeder and find out when another may be available. There was excessive barking so a bit hard to hear, but if they do get my favorite Breed in, I will go. Her price was so resonable as well, compared to NY Breeder Pet Store. I will follow up this week and update.”

“I always enjoy stopping by the store and visiting with the owner while looking for holistic food, treats and grooming needs for my dogs. They also have other options for order such as pick-up and online. The communication is great with text messages for any availability changes or updates. I discovered the store after watching the Netflix movie, "Pet Fooled" and looking for a specific brand of holistic grain-free or raw food and this store had it. They have tons of options and always willing to help or guide you into finding something. It's the Whole Foods market for pets :)”

They are always the first one on my list to call whenever I want to schedule my big boi for grooming. I had been returning there yearly for the past 5-6 years for Ferdinand to get professionally groomed to get him ready for special occasions. And they always deliveries. The level of professionalism and care they give to my dog can't be stated enough. My BMD always comes back so soft, so handsome, and so happy. I am just a few days away from owning my first ever puppy - beginning a process that I am so excited for - however one that can feel overwhelming at times too. My goal is to ensure I am the best dog owner a man can be, and that my puppy is the happiest boy he can be.Prior to walking into Pet Supplies Plus, I actually stopped at a competitor. Not once did anyone offer to help me - as a matter of fact, no one even looked my way. “They are extremely welcoming and patient! As a first time pet parent it was hard for me to decide where to go and trust with my pup, so I heard of universal through many other pet parents in the area and decided to go. As it was my pups first experience they explained everything to me and were very helpful. Maizey just got a bath and haircut, which they did a great job at keeping her length and shaping her. They take Zelle and cash payments which is a plus!”

“I love this place! I've been coming here exclusively for over a decade for all my pet needs and have never encountered an issue. Everyone who works there is knowledgeable and friendly. They really care about their customers. As an example, they will tell me if a fish I want to buy is not doing well for some reason. One time someone asked if they sold cats and the staff directed them to local shelters. I love how ethical they are! I will continue coming here and nowhere else, nothing in the area compared to Pets Place IIThey specialize in fish, reptiles, birds, and small mammals. While they have dog and cat food, it's definitely not their specialty. But other than that, this is the place to go!”

“My cat is a fussy eater. This store is local and carries a lot of options to pick from for both my cat and dog. There are also a lot of treats, toys. Although not today, I have used the self service bathing which is convenient and easy. Towels are a little rough and you also have to request more because there are never enough- but of course it’s not a spa! Sometimes I bring my own too. Staff is helpful and easy to find.”

“I had an urgent surgery scheduled last minute and didn’t have anyone to care for my dog. Manor Crest Kennel took him in on a last minute basis, at a reasonable affordable price, and took great care of him. I have an intact large dog that is good with people but not other dogs and struggled to find a facility that would even have the means to take him, never mind that had availability and wasn’t an absurd amount of money. I was able to leave detailed feeding and care instructions for the kennel while a friend dropped off my dog. They were able to handle feeding him his raw food diet and accommodate his need to not be allowed around other dogs. My dog came home happy and the owner only had good things to say about him which is always nice. I can’t say enough good things about them and will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you again Manor Crest Kennel for giving me peace of mind during and extremely difficult time and taking such good care of my dog! (picture is of my dog at the park after being picked up, this is not the kennel location and he was not taken off grounds by the kennel)”
