Gotta be the worst bank branch, was waiting in line for 10 then the guy tells me oh it’s a business line go to the other one, I go to the other one that wait 20 min then that same guy tells me you gotta got to the business line since I’m depositing a lot of singles. Always one teller if you are lucky. And how do you assume I’m not supposed to be in the the business line

Had to wait an hour in line..for a two minute withdrawal over the limit..you would think on a Sat and a day after veterans there would be more than two tellers..wish the bank would do less decorating and hire more bank tellers...disappointed only two tellers both of whom where taking business transactions

I have a business account, they have a business line, in two years I have never once been able to use this “Business Service”. Don’t get me wrong there is almost always a representative at the counter but all he does is wave you onto the regular line, all while just sitting there staring at every women who walks by.Absolutely disgusting.Don’t even get me started on the business representatives who work at the branch.I opened my account here and will not be a customer for long.P.S. I wrote this review while in line waiting to deposit a business check in the regular line, and the business client line representative, sitting at this counter staring at me.Bank of America, this is why you lose clients, you have non-professional trash representing you.Do better.

Worst bank ever. 1 teller working 15 people in line. Been waiting for 35 min in line and still have 4 people in front of me.

The worse experience of my life . Came in to deposit a cashier check / official check, associate guaranteed me that the funds would be available next day, and now i see a 7 day hold on a check that is technically cash. I have payments come in including my car and now it’s all getting returned and I’m getting charged fees. Extremely irresponsible for this guy to tell me the funds would be available the next day . Will be closing my account because this is not the kind of service I expect from my bank. Very careless to put a customer in this situation.

Opening up an account with Bank of America was a mistake all around. I should have known better because most people I know who has had an account with them end up closing their accounts. The rep that helped me open my account never specified that I had to maintain $1,500 EVERYDAY in my account so that I don’t get charged the monthly fee. (Só if one day you use parts of the 1500 but put it back the next day you’re going to get charged the monthly maintenance fee of $12) When I called in instead of reimbursing me for the months they charged me because of a improperly trained team member, they preferred losing a customer. I’ve always used Chase bank but had to open an account with BOA due to it being closest to me at the time. NEVER AGAIN !
