Lacks personal relationships with customers. Everyone is suspected of fraud and scamming. Will not follow up on complaints filed through corporate. Zero customer care. They want interest and anything else don’t bother them. It’s a shame financial institutions have fell to everyone is an account number and nothing else. I guess it’s just part of this new way of conducting business these days. Nobody held accountable and nobody does their job.

Had money in a money market at Truist getting 4 pct interest and changed it to 0.01 and said it’s a variable rate and they can do it at anytime . So they called me back and said they would give me 4pct but not retroactive pulled my money out this bank stinks

Can’t deposit money into my own account without a *valid* drivers license? What am I supposed to do while I’m waiting for my new one to be mailed to me from the DMV. Insanity

Blonde lady at the counter would fit in well at the DMV, bad attitude from the jump and I knew it was time to do business with a different bank when I had to explain that it’s not possible to accrue interest on a $0.00 balance and this was apparently too complicated of a concept to comprehend for someone working in finance. Great Location, Great Staff.. Google has incorrect Hours currently (11.2.19). For those who didn't realize it at first, the hours are supposed to be "9:00AM - XX:00PM" (PM not AM). I should have caught on to this typo using basic common sense but just thought "wow what an amazingly convenient, nearly 24hour bank this is!" I choose to believe that I'm not the only one, thus why I wrote the review and suggested the edit

Complete worthless bank and almost impossible to do business there without going through countless hours of bureaucracy. They refuse to cash third party checks even though I have a power of attorney authorizing me to do so. And not only did they not give me the money, they refuse to give me the checks back! Now I will have to waste weeks if not months of more time to get them back. Total waste of time trying to deal with this place.

All the perks of a big time bank with a small town bank feel. Some of the nicest employees I've ever dealt with. You walk in and everyone knows you by name.
