I been a client since 2002, I LOVEEEEEE my girls at the Harrison branch, they are always there for my banking needs, specially during this very hard times, if a have a questions in regards to a debit transaction, or deposit they are there for me and even as far as to help me with a transfer that i could not make for the life of me on my phone, she literally took my phone and showed what i was doing wrong, i don't think anyone else would have bother with such a stupid mistake, mind you i had made transfers before with no issues. Carla, Zuleidy, Ariana and the rest of the crew are AMAZING.

Stay away, read all the reviews when everyone says stay away.....do one thing STAY AWAY. Not sure why the banking commission isn't investigating this bank.

My overall experience here can be justified with one one word....Slow. I had originally opened accounts here because it's very close to home. As I opened the account the employee was informative and guided me to the best options of what to open. I only come here to deposit; therefore, my review is based on my experiences of simply depositing. Every time I've come here the wait time has been over 10-15 minutes. So here's my current experience: I pull up to the drive-thru at 12:28. I had no cars in front of me as I was the only person at the window. The teller was assisting a customer and finally attends me at 12:36. Maybe if I would of went inside the process would of been quicker? All I was doing was making 2 transactions of which were both less then 100$ total. Yet, the teller seemed to have been alone. Having a worker just for drive-thru is something I would recommend to move the process a bit quicker. In conclusion, by 12:46 the teller had finally given me my stuff. It had taken 18 mins for this experience. In 18 mins I could have went to another bank a town away, been seen and back home. Hopefully my next time there I could have a different outlook with my experience.
