Literally the worst customer service ever. She was on a personal call the whole time we were asking questions. We went there to switch from other carrier and she was rude enough to not answer the questions with a good eye contact.

Very bad customer service the 2 Dominicans people they have working there are so rude I enter the store with a smile and greeting then they didn't say a word not a "Hi" or how can I help you? She was sitting in a chair on her phone it looked like she was so comfortable that she didn't want to get up and help me I left the store but I will come back don't worry

The worst customer service. Just when I got in, a young girl with glasses treated me so rude. Gave a bad look and the way she talked to me was so unprofessional. I’m thinking in changing my carrier it’s sad because we have 10 lines with this company.

I left the store at 7:03pm without what I was looking for. A few days ago i went there and upgrade one of my kids line without a problem for $100. Today I went to do the same thing for another line and the lady was charging me $20 more, which I couldn't understand why so I asked for an explanation which she was not able to provide, only repeated that ,that was the price. Left the store very disappointed. If I could rate the customer service today I would give her a ZERO. I still don't understand why the additional $20 , since the phone was $70 + $23 (upgrade fee) + $7 (taxes) = $100Where is the extra $20 coming from??

Every new phone i buy here gets viruses really quick and I get all sorts of calls people looking for different people last phone i get there. Next phone will be an iPhone cash but it won't be from them.

I came here today and dealt with Moe Sal, he was such a sweetheart and walked me through the entire process of getting a phone from point A to point B. He was knowledgeable and thirly explained what is the differences between phones and the differences in process. After a good talk with him he was able to convince me to switch to metro and grab my self a one plus n100 instead of my iPhone 12 with T-Mobile, this phone seems like its great and the service I was provided in the store is definitely something I'm looking forward to every month from now on. Only $60 a month, free phone, and no fees or taxes count me the hell in. Oh did I mention FREE PHONE! AND A NICE LOOKING HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL TO SERVE ME COUNT MEEEEE INNNNN!
