Do NOT use the ATM at this location in Harrison next to QuickChek. I attempted to withdraw $600 and when it was time to retrieve the cash , the dispenser would not open. Despite the screen saying “Please take cash”, the dispenser would not open and the screen froze.I verified my bank account online and it shows that the $600 +$3.00 fee was withdrawn.Then, I entered my the Community Bank to explain what happened and rather then taking a look at the atm or make an attempt to remedy the situation, she (the teller) said to call my bank and file a claim. I asked her to explain how I can prove that the money wasn’t withdrawn when my account says the contrary. She was no help at all.All I can say is, do not go here.

I have been to this branch a few times and the service here is always good... The tellers are customer service friendly... ATM is outside but there never is any issues really...
