We received our plumbing products after confirming that was the color we actually wanted. They were very helpful on the phone and very quick to ship and a great price. I would definitely buy and deal with them anytime!

Man if you got a 53 trailer and sleeper i don’t recommend it. Day cabs all day not only tight but cars in the way like you’re supposed to magically get it in. 1 star for the Spanish gentleman trying help but when I got stuck he left lol. Everyone will say oh they do it everyday but don’t think of sleepers smh. Never again delivering here. Have a good day drivers. Also plan accordingly before coming gps will put you on streets you’re not supposed. Read all signs!!!

I strongly recommend that you do NOT order anything from AF Supply. The condition this item was delivered in was appalling. While the item was not damaged (unbelievably - and only bc it is made out of enameled steel), the box was FILTHY and opened and ripped on the top AND the sides, revealing the tub wall and top. In fact, there was dirt and debris on the base of the inside of the tub (dirt, leaves, etc). I'm honestly really surprised AF Supply felt comfortable even shipping this item to me in the condition it's in. Clearly, they don't care about quality control or the condition of their items before they're sent to you.Not only that, the delivery people will do the absolute bare minimum. Do not expect them to do any more than drop it in your driveway. They are "not allowed" to move it into your home or onto a porch. So, if you don't have a garage, ensure you have extra help to move this item to a covered location.I will never order from this company again, and I recommend that you do not order from them.

Incredible customer service from Ashley! I ordered the wrong part and AF Supply made the return and refund process very easy. I will be a future customer and highly recommend this business. Thank you AF Supply for being one of the few companies that understands GREAT Customer Service.

Do not buy an AMERICH tub, after communicating with Paul and AMERICH representative Chris Mezzapesa regarding holes that appeared on our tub after only one year of use they offer no solutions for repair. They don't back up their product and how could this not be manufacturing defect? They sent the following message:Thank you for the pictures, although I have some bad news…. This is not a manufacturing defect. I am unsure what caused those holes, but I am certain that is not repairable. Even if a repair is attempted by a local company, over time it will not hold causing leak issues.I would suggest contacting AF Supply to see if there is anything they can do to replace that tub. They can call me or Americh with further questions to see what we can do to help.FML

I see I’m not the only one who’s had a bad experience with this guys. I ordered a Gerber pressure balance cartridge for my shower a while back and it took them more than a week to ship it. Which for me this is unacceptable, yes you’re reading right; more than a week, just to get it shipped!. So once they shipped it, I was glad that it came quick and in a fancy package. But the nightmare started as soon as I opened the package, from looking at what was inside I knew right away that; it wasn’t what I ordered. So as you can imagine, they sent me the wrong piece. And I’ve email them right away to the same email I got with the order confirmation and I got a response, saying that if I wanted to return it I had to send an email to a different email address which she provided, (Melissa). And so I did that last week, I gave a couple of days for them to answer. After a couple of more days I email them again, stating what happened and sent some pics of the differences between what I ordered and what they sent me. And to this day, Tuesday September 21, 2021; no response, what a great Custumer Service they have, Amazing! And let’s not forget that, shouldn’t someone in that place make sure that they sent the right order, before it goes out and since they take several days to ship it. At least that’s what I think; or at least say we don’t have in stock, even though the website shows it’s available. Instead of Wasting people’s money and time. So if you ever order something from them, be prepared for a surprise or you might want to spend your money somewhere else.

Don’t place an order online.I ordered an important part for my heating system but they shipped the wrong item to me. Instead of sending the correct item to me quickly I then had to spend a week with their tracking department submitting pictures, printing return label and dropping off the wrongly shipped item to a drop off center before they would ship me my part. Over a week later after running around fixing their mistake and having to call them each time to get to the next step in the process each time because they don’t respond to email - there is still no part shipped to me that I ordered originally about two weeks ago. They won’t even upgrade the shipping class of the item I ordered over two weeks ago to try to make up for the mistake, hassle they put on me to resolve it and lack of responsiveness on their part.

The AF Supply, Harrison location, is great. The showroom manager, Paul Samuels, was excellent. Paul was responsive to all my requests and went above an beyond to provide great customer service. Paul was thoughtful to take into consideration my renovation needs to make recommendations that more suitable to the project. The prices were great too!

Love this place. Yes, they have a fancy showroom in Fairfield, but the warehouse in Harrison including the clearance section are where it's at. Paul Samuels is a patient sales guy. It's best if you know what you want. Pricing is very good too!
