How is possible that pharmacy is closed for 1 hour break? You can't pick up or drop off the prescription... Like one of the pharmacies told me, it's a business. Who cares about sick people who need a medication as soon as possible

The most disrespectful people who work in pharmaceuticals have no ethics or morals. I receive all my medicine there, mine from my son and any medicine that is needed. Instead of solving the clients' problem, they make fun of them because they think we are going to ask for free things, I take the prescriptions at night. They said 45 minutes, I came back, it wasn't there yet and they were already closing, I got up early the next day and they told me to wait, they didn't do anything other than dial to fix a printer but all the staff to do that of course was more important and lose
The time spent talking between them and the person in charge of doing the medicine only said that we had to wait longer, everything was important and his face was all proud, 1 hour 15 minutes passed and I asked and they only said to settle ? my patience was already exhausted and see the despotic attitude of that man, what was there to wait, I left the place, a relative of mine returned and he still wasn't there, I waited another hour, and minutes that they sent him from one box to another, that we customers are toys that can be made fun of just because the need to obtain medicine and not knowing English and keeping secrets from the other staff. Speaking in English with a certain Wendy And Jackie, a lady with short hair and the pharmacist in charge, a dark-skinned man, looking indifferent to the people. They think they are the owners of the place and playing with people's time because the medicine was in front of them, seeing them and They did what they were looking for and they even had the audacity to pass by other people and say that after such a person they are attended to and one waits. I arrive at the place at 9 and we leave at 11 and minutes, you have to wait 3 hours for medicine and wait for it. the staff is free and has time to do your medicine, they are treated in a sarcastic and mocking way, it hurts that a place like this has such unprofessional staff.

I’ve never had any issues here. The cashiers were always nice and the pharmacy tech was very pleasant. Only thing I didn’t like is that everything seems more expensive there than in other similar stores.

I regret to give Walgreens in Kearny, NJ, a one-star rating. The consistent issue of being understaffed leads to slow service with workers struggling to keep up. The lack of efficiency and speed negatively impacts the overall customer experience. Improvement in staffing levels and service speed is crucial to enhance customer satisfaction.

Terribly slow service rx pickup. They need to gut the back, redesign it, and hire more and friendlier pharmacy staff. Front end staff are fine.
