This branch is horrible. The tellers and customer service representatives are rude and unprofessional. I was handling an estate, and I had to go to the branch twelve times, and no one offered an iota of empathy. I had an extremely difficult time making deposits and a final withdraw, because did not have a debit card associated with it. With our transactions, if I didn't have my debit card to make the transaction, it was the same issue. There is an extremely lack of customer service in this branch. No one cares about the customer or any of their issues. Promises are not kept, calls are not answered or returned, paperwork is not completed in a timely manner. RUN, DON'T WALK TO ANOTHER BANK, AS LONG AS IT'S NOT TD BANK.

They never answer their phone, and it became extremely problematic when we needed assistance on an international vacation. If you don't believe me, go ahead and give them a call. We have a $280,000 account and we are going to close it when we return home.

Worst bank I've ever dealt with. How many times I've tried to call and it takes on average 4 calls for someone to pick up the phone. I've stood inside waiting while there are 4 people behind the desk 1 is helping a customer the other 3 doing nothing will there are a few more customers waiting. The staff are rude and unprofessional.

I visited this location to have a document notarized for the company I work for, but the notary refused to proceed because I am not the business owner. My role involves managing all AIA billing, and I have been signing these documents for years without issue. I provided my license to verify my identity. I was under the impression that a NJ notary is to serve as a witness to signing of a document and verify the identity of the signer. A notary is not responsible for verifying the accuracy or the content of the document itself. I am very disappointed with the service at this location, especially since I have never encountered any problems with this process at nearby branches.

Waited in line Sunday, July 14, because there was only one teller. After 15 minutes, I explained that I wanted to convert my British pounds back to US currency. He proceeded to say that I would have to go to customer service to exchange notes. By the way, customer service had its own line forming. I was able to covert US to British pounds with a previous teller now I cannot. If TD at this branch doesn’t have enough qualified people to take care of their customers’ needs, they should not be open.

Quite possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. The teller processed my transaction completely wrong and had no idea how to fix it. I asked for their manage to fix it and she also refused, stating that what was done is done and it cannot be fixed. (They deposited into the incorrect account - even though I specified the correct account, and did not return the requested amount of cash that was listed on the deposit slip.) I asked who the issue could be escalated to so that the error could be resolved and she refused to contact anyone. When I stated that I would not leave until the error was corrected and that I could be certain that the money was in my account (we’re talking thousands of dollars), Catherine offered no apology and instead called the police. I never raised my voice once, nor was I rude in any way. I called TD corporate from my vehicle and spoke with Catherine’s superior and he seemed mortified at what was taking place and at the fact that they refused to fix an error that was apparently somewhat simple to reverse. It turns out that reversing the transaction would have created a little extra work on their part and they simply did not feel like putting forth the effort to fix their mistake. He apologized numerous times and was quite perplexed at her inability to handle her supposed managerial role. He assured us that steps would be taken to resolve the issue. In the meantime, we’ll be transacting with the Glassboro and Salem locations.
I recommend that Catherine work at Chick-fil-A for a year or so until her customer service skills reach an acceptable level. Maybe then she’ll be prepared to adequately serve 30+ year customers who do quite a bit of business with this financial institution!

How can TD Bank be the most convenient bank?? In the last 4 years, not a single one of their many local locations have answered the phone when I have called.

Waited for almost 30 minutes with no acknowledgment and the manager walked by with a nasty stare, and the other workers saw us sitting for a bit and couldn’t even tell us they’d be with us or anything. Terrible location. Please teach your staff about customer service because the service here was very unwelcoming. Never coming back and wouldn’t recommend anyone else to. The location in Mantua is excellent, not too far, and are quick, and acknowledge you.

They never answer the phone. Never get calls back. Over the last few years this place just went down hill, to say the least. And this is pretty transparent feedback considering I was a long time employee there, so I try to give the benefit of the doubt, but there’s absolutely some room for some internal reflection to be better.
