Let me start off by clarifying this review is for Thiago the Store Manager at Wireless Zone in Mullica Hill - not Verizon at all. We are not happy with Verizon as a whole. We have been having quite a frustrating experience dealing with the local Verizon authorized retailers in cape may county where we live, and by chance we stopped in this location while in the area. We could not have asked for a better experience. Thiago took the time to explain things to us and walk us through the entire process from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable, accommodating, patient, and helped us find the best deal and fit for our family. He also had some great music playing! There are many stores much closer to us but we will continue to do all of our wireless business with Thiago as long as he is available! He deserves a raise and some extra days off!! 10/10 will recommend to all family and friends.

Thiago was awesome! We upgraded our phones with no problems at all. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered every question we had. We feel so confident with our phones and we got the tablets too. I highly recommend this store and ask for Thiago, you won't regret it!
