“This is the only Apple store in the country that is open 24/7! And it's crazy busy! The place is huge and has a dramatic entrance (a circular staircase leads you down to the store) and there are employees everywhere including at the bottom of the staircase to help move people along.We were only there to check out the iPhone chargers for our daughter. I was pointed in the right direction where another employee was situated to help customers find what they needed. He was very patient as my husband asked questions not even related to chargers while other customers waited to be helped. For such a busy place, it was a pleasant experience!”

“I came to Hoboken Tech when my MacBook Pro screen suddenly stopped working. Jeff was super helpful, ordering a new screen, and when that didn’t work, trying to resolve the issue other ways. I had dropped off my laptop with a three week deadline as I was leaving to travel for ~5 weeks, and Jeff was super accommodating with making sure I had a solution before that time and updating me whenever I checked in. Eventually he told me the laptop repair would be as expensive as a new computer, and offered to instead transfer my data to a comparable MacBook he had in store. (I decided to purchase a new one from Apple because I was overdue for an upgrade). I didn’t have to pay anything, because my laptop couldn’t be fixed.Highly recommend.”

Micro Center truly provided that in every way all the associates seemed friendly and knowledgeable. “Screen was great and very greatly. what is costing the company the last star is their customer service. I fix computers for a living. I sent them pictures of the exact computer model I'm replacing the screen in AND a picture of the back of the monitor that was being replaced - i made sure to include the LCD model number so they knew I was getting the correct screen sent. They still insisted I send them the computer serial number to get the computer model number (which I already sent them a picture of). This back and forth was very frustrating and the emails I sent included the name of my computer repair shop showing i'm not just a joe-schmo doing a first time repair.”

“The parking lot is small and shared with a couple of businesses, especially a Department Of motor Vehicles (DMV). You might have to find alternative parking. Aside from that, the Boost Mobile store is small. However, the place has several cell phone options. I have been there a few times and only dealt with one employee. I don't know if he is the boss or if the place has a small staff. The man was always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.”
